Proteinpowder is normally filled with artifical sweetners, chemicals, milk additives and is not healthy for you. I cant find yours at your homepage.. What is there in your proteinpowder? Protein should be eaten from meat, eggs for example ans not get it from a blend chemical proteinpowder.

Love that weâre catching onto smaller animals for protein! They have a smaller carbon footprint in harvesting them.
I am a nurse that works nights so when would you recommend exercising during the week. I am currently listening to my body and I workout after I sleep on working nights. So I come home, sleep 5-6 hours and if I feel energetic I do cardio or strength training for 30-50 min at a time. Then I go to work that night.
Thatâs lot carbs and sugar for me

What about when you are in a weight gain plateau?
I make sour cream in my instant pot, which has a yogurt setting. I use small 6 oz yogurt jars with screw on plastic lids. I set mine for 24 hours. That's the GAPS protocol recipe. Take 2 pints Organic heavy cream and heat it to just before it boils, do not let it boil. Set the pan in a sink of cold water. Stir yogurt and remove when it's 112* or less. Stir in 1/4 C. yogurt then pour into jars. Add 1 cup water to the instant pot, add the trivet rack, place jars of yogurt, secure the lid and keep the valve open. Select yogurt setting for 24 hours. Turn off the keep warm button. It will automatically come one when you select any setting on the machine and needs to always be turned off when not needed.
10,000 steps seems to be 3 miles for me I take small steps for stability. 5000 steps is 30 minutes so I try to walk twice a day including straight out of bed at 6am in the park

What if you donât like cream cheese and you have to be careful of deli meats because some deli meats are processed and causes migraines? What can you substitute cream cheese with? And with the chicken recipe, for nut allergies, do you have a substitute or just skip the nuts?
Also plopping cottage cheese in blenderâŠ.with a little almond milk and other ingredientsâŠ. Makes cottage cheese smooth and creamy!
Deli meat is awful the sodium content is very unhealthy.
