This is not the Central Park Concert. I was at Central Park and Popper did not play. That looks like mid to late 90s based on Dave's age. I've also never been to a show where Dave wore shorts. Don't get me wrong, I love the post and the version of the song it's amazing, it's just not the Central Park Show.
