I lived in Canada it's been as month ( finally someone got to me regarding shipping and when I'm get my packaging) I'm glad I didn't get the cappuccino or mocha because the ingredients are horrible first ingredient is SUGAR and fillers.... Horrible ingredients. Also regular coffee is natural diuretic so their claim is irrelevant... Probably healthier AND much.cheaper just to get a nice quality plain coffee! Those " extra ingredients are irrelevant really... And probably the coffee is not the best quality
It’s perfect for me then! I’ve just ordered mine! And I have black Nescafé coffee daily. At least three, but I make sure to drink water too.

Can you drink regular coffee along with it, cuz I have several cups of coffee a day if I used the Skinny Coffee more than once a day I'd run out real quick! Thanks.

If you’re having trouble with your weight 1 get your thyroid checked 2 no snacks after 6pm 3 cut back on sugar and bread 4 walk 30 mins a day, you don’t have to go at a fast pace, just be consistent. 5 Drink @ least 3 bottles of water, if you can’t do 8 glass 6 stay away from tv shows, commercials or friends that will trigger your think with unhealthy foods that doesn’t agree with you 7 Change your stress levels

Thanks for your honesty.. I think you were doing better when you quit the sugar! I have found that by quitting sugar in many forms, getting rid of processed foods and junk, I don't need to put my faith in Skinny Coffee. To date I have lost 177.5 lbs and am maintaing a current weight of 9 st 4.5 lbs. I used to weigh 22 st! Skinny Coffee is not something I personally would want to drink for the rest of my life. I do drink coffee, no sugar, but I love a good quality organic coffee which I drink for pleasure. There are no easy quick fixes to weight loss, what we eat is what we become. I appreciate that you made this video and it's honesty. Too many people are sponsored to say positive things. Thanks for your truths. Much love Jane x

Very helpful thank you! Seem to find loads of positive reviews but nothing constructive. Its expensive so I'm not going to rush and buy it. Think after watching this i'll hold off for a while see if I can tone up without it. Dont want to put weight back on so quickly after stopping using it and Im not minted so cant afford to buy it on a regular basis. Thanks!! Diane Brown x

I found it super annoying! I'd love to see real people with real results without sponsor codes!
I think it depends on the individual. Like everything else, people won't respond the same to it. I have been using this for a week and have lost 6 lbs. I DO NOT exercise. As far as the taste, it tastes like a cup of black coffee but without the bitterness. I have a panic disorder and have not suffered any side effects from this product with regards to the caffeine. It is one small cup in the morning once day. If you cannot tolerate black coffee, then yes the taste will not be great for you.
