In June/July 2019 we spent 3 weeks alone in the Pamir Mountains in Tajikistan near Lake Yashilkul. With the help of 2 shepherds we first set base camp in an untouched valley at around 4200 m. We spent 10 days in a remote valley near Lake Sarez in Tajikistan and managed to summit 2 unclimbed peaks. The peaks weren't difficult to climb, but getting there with 60 kg expedition gear and all the necessary food was a challenge on its own. Peak 1: 5303 m. Peak 2: 5339 m With Pamiri Music :)

In May 2017 we tried to summit a 6400 m high peak, which has never been climbed before. On the way to base camp we nearly got hit by a massive mudflow caused by a rockfall further up the valley. Our attempt ended at 6300 m ASL, about 100 m below the summit due to a super icy and steep face and a change in weather. Nevertheless it was one of the most amazing adventures ever. Mudflow/Landslide Yangle Kharka, Nepal - 20th April 2017

On 20th April 2017 a huge rock face broke off a 6000 m high peak near Makalu. The rocks fell into a glacial lake and created a massive mudflow, which destroyed the houses at Yangle Kharka. We were supposed to sleep there that night. Luckiliy we heard the flood coming and managed to run up the hillside before it hit the tea house.

Hi there, we stayed there 2 weeks I believe. That's the minimum I would say, cause the way in by 4x4 took us 3 days already. The climbs were up to about AD+ I would say. have fun

Wunderschöne Video! Just climbed this route a month ago. But only had daylight from Gaag until the last rappel back to the Schreckfirn so it was nice to see what the part between the hut and Gaag actually looks like! :) Also interesting how we had far less snow on the lower glacier (part between the glacier and the start of the chains had no snow at all) and the Schreckfirn was also far more open. Yet, we were relatively easily able to climb the couloir in perfect Trittfirn. I was surprised that the Schreckfirn in july 2018 was much more covered yet the couloir was completely dry...
Kenne diese grossartige Berglandschaft der Schweiz aus der Fliegerei und besitze auch etliche Flugvideos. Solch fantastische Aufnahmen sind, so glaube ich, aber nur mit der Drohne machbar. Gratulation und herzlichen Dank. Möchte gerne selbst in der Drohne sitzen und mitfliegen !

Wunderschön und vielen Dank für diese kleiene 'Madeleine von Marcel Proust', ich war im August 2013 da oben, gleiche Route. Ich war erschüttert zu sehen, wie der Gletscher sich zurückgzeogen hat. Gefühlt war das schon enorm.
