I'm sure yours is good but long John's baja sauce is orange in color so I don't think you can claim to be the same
Could be a franchise problem too...I grew up in Kansas and the Baja Sauce was like this
Great job on this. I used to get up early and brown the beef along with the onions, carrots and celery, throw it in the crockpot on low with potatoes and veggies and let it cook. When I got home from work it was pure bliss.
