Virtual walks - Walking Tours - Vancouver BC and surrounding area. The videos will eventually reach as far as Whistler BC, the Okanagan Valley, the Gulf Islands, Vancouver Island, and extend into Washington state as far south as Bellingham. This channel is a great introduction to Vancouver and the Pacific Northwest if you are a first time visitor. The videos can also be used while working out on Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, or other workout equipment. I got tired of watching TV shows while working out and wanted a way to simulate I was actually walking somewhere on my Elliptical trainer making the workout at least a little bit fun. Original sound, no music, hear the birds and wind, with the crunch of gravel or leaves as you walk the trail. Immerse yourself in nature, its almost like your there. Included - unique shorts show casing various travel locations around the world and product reviews of equipment I use to make these video's.

Malasapina Galleries Gabriola Island BC - Virtual Walk - Walking Tour
Malasapina Galleries is a natural rock formation caused by erosion of the sandstone, forming a large wave like structure along the shoreline. Its large enough to walk under with the roof of the structure overhanging on you. See the reflection of the water on the roof of the galleries as you pass under them. The views from Malasapina Point and the Galleries are amazing. You can see over to Nanaimo with New Castle and Protection Islands right across the channel and up northwards to the Salish Sea (Georgia Straight) . The locals cliff jump from the roof of the galleries and swim there in the summer. Recently Orca's have been filmed swimming close to the cliff edge right along the galleries. This is an amazing place to visit, and have a look at the galleries or just sit and relax and take in the views.
