Hi, What is the cost?

I own one and i'll tell you the pros and cons IMO. (these manufactures don't give you enough info on these units, so I will) First the CONS: Poor quality control (so many screws not in or in sideways, just straight poor quality oversight) The temperature sensors are inside the ac units (dumbAF) Cabinets above stove/tv dont stay open (too cheap to add more openers? lol). Alot of space behind fireplace unusable. Glass shower doors (why ? extra weight and hard to clean) same with bedroom mirror wall. Top bunk barely tall enough for a child, why not make it storage? Dimmer on interior lights but not the awning lights... Fridge, cabinets and office door all hit each other!..(future damages coming). Dryer vent mounting isnt ideal at all! Small black water tank (38gal) AC vents aren't in good spots (ex: 2 in bedroom next to each other) Dump valve is mounted so low (hit a rock and there goes the whole septic system. Plus too low to use nicely with a portable dump tank) Front cutty has a spare tire and tons of room for extra batteries BUT the inverter perp is in the middle pass through. Cheap Water pump is loud and slams in the bath and bedroom. Bathroom fan is old style and loud. Now the PROS: 12v fridge! (works great with only 200w solar "summer time") we leave the fridge stocked and running while parked at home. Comfortable seating, Bluetooth capable Auto leveling, Auto hitch feature (F'ing awesome) Bluetooth solar charge monitoring, 12v/propane Tankless hot water (temperature adjustable "save on water" use only as hot as needed), huge fresh water and grey tank 78gal each! AC are powerful but loud if main vents are open (ex: 90* and only took 30mins to be down to 74*) both AC's can run on only 30amp if needed, A lot of 12v plugs (USB & C-type), many 110v inverted ready plugs as well (Extra solar package 400i + package, No inverter on the 200 package) Living room has a quiet rain sensor fan but is so close to the ceiling fan its one or the other (making one useless if trying to use both) With all that said I will be customizing ours but shouldn't have too for the price! Variable water pump, upgrade the black water tank size and get rid of the glass to start.

You won't be selling many of these just because the bathroom so small. And then you can't give a price.

Even the model in this video is too short to use the bathroom mirror. I have this model and mom at 5' and I at 5'5" can't use the mirror. Must be designed by a man not traveling with a woman. Shane, Winnebago. Just another one of your epic fails. We do love this floor plan tho. The pintucked cushion on the back of the sleeper, jacknife couch is much firmer, denser and thicker than that of the seat and is a problem. When you open to sleep on it, it's not level and very uncomfortable since you can't lay flat. Facia board below, in front of couch doesn't stay on due to where it's attached and the lack of support and bowing when you sit down. It still isn't on after they reattached during warranty and finally said no more. As soon as warranty was up, the two doors on the inside cracked with numerous horizontal cracks, the "stainless" bathroom sink rusted, leaked and pealed from the underside. The rooftop gunnels that feed the water to the corner drains is not a connected one piece but has a break in the metal right above the passenger side bedroom window so the water drains there, down the trailer and into the window under the obviousness-not-factory-sealed window. It has ruined the nightstand and gone under the mattress. I wouldn't be complaining here but Winnebago customer service doesn't care about their poor quality workmanship. We even showed up to their office in Middlebury, IN where our trailer was made and they couldn't help us. Gave us a consolation gift of a let's get hitched lanyard. Oooh. These are only a few problems. Others to be aware of are shoring up, adding more support to your dinette seats from the inside of the box, at the outside end where you first sit down. The 3/4"x 1/2" Boards crack easily. Glad there's no kids plopping themselves down. The plywood boards under those cushions (and the plywood board under the bed) are very rough and you'll get splinters. Sand those edges and paint the boards. Best yet, add a hinge to your dinette storage boards. The outside pass-through under storage is gracious, big and a huge plus but sadly the door to it, both sides, is way too small. Would love to use containers to utilize the height of the storage but they won't fit thru those small doors. I'm a small woman and can't imagine how men can get in there to reach anything. I had an RV mobile mechanic add support to our sagging bed at the headboard end from underneath, inside the starage area. Since he couldn't get inside, I had to do it, with his guided instructing. Their shoulders wouldn't fit. Oh and Winnebago, please add a wall skin that's easy to clean, please. Again, good we have no kids. The walls around the stove are a must for backslash as any grease that gets on their wall skin stains, runs, spreads. Just my two cents worth. Maybe sometime at W will read this and take note as of up to now, they don't care.

I’ve read some owners have had issues with the slide not working. Is there a way to manually open and close the slide if/when it malfunctions?

They didn’t do a good job on the flooring you can see gaps and bends in it

Confused as to how you would watch that TV being it is mounted in back of the only seating. ??

We were down to 2 campers at the end of our 2 year search. With the help of Josh, the RV nerd we watched 100's of videos and saw floor plans for so many trailers. So we were down to the 22 MLS or the 253rb Sunset Trail. I was really liking the 22 due to the size and what I felt was a better quality rig. 2 things made us go with the 253, it has a fantastic outdoor kitchen and my wife said, buy this one! Don't underestimate the power of some silly and knowledge! Be well my friend!

Great toy hauler if you don't want slide outs...only two negatives , the instant hot water..one of the things about staying at a RV park is heating the water on shore power , not now... replacing the gas oven with a convection unit..if your boondocking you'll need to carry a 2kw generator to cook a pizza or a pie or what ever you use a oven for...I don't think FR talk to RVers when they change stuff in their products or they wouldn't do this...one question..does the kitchen sink have a divider in this year's model???.❤️🙏🇺🇲

The most functional RV Winnebago ever made and they go and discontinue it after only 2 years. Makes zero sense

Nice rig. I see the extra cushions in the overhead bed area .. is that for the j-lounge and will it make into a full bed?

Love the idea of no side beds to put in and out but I wish they made a larger box size of this same simple style unit or a convertible bed that was like a futon style for daytime sitting (more floor space during day). Appreciate the video!

I am hoping someone can answer my question, what is the difference in the Rockwood R16OTG and the Flagstaff F14OTG? From what I see online they are identical but maybe I am missing something?

The awning over the front door is a joke, doesn’t cover it when it’s coming down. Other than that nice, even the heat vents are not in the floors.
