This was composed by a Lithuanian composer and orchestra. I found this video few years ago when they had only about 10K views and now they have over 14 million. It's a really beautiful and touching piece. It makes you cry. And for people that say it's a joke, they don't know how to recognize real music. Also, I believe there was a you tube channel or a website for Nora the cat.
