Shoes question: I was having problems twisting then realized I had rubber soled shoes (just one of the problems!). Guessing I need leather??
Hi! Leather or foam or ...socks :) You need shoes and surface that is not too sticky. Otherwise, its hard to twist and your ankles and/ or knees might feel the impact later.
