15 hour training week
zhlédnutí 20Před rokem
How the 15 hours are accounted for in my training week. Some days are hard and intense, while others are easier. Either way, its not a chore because I love the daily physical challenges. I’ve worked my way up to this over the years as the obsession blossomed into a beautiful kind of love.
How I work 60 hours a week, train 15, and sleep 6 as a full time single dad
zhlédnutí 89Před rokem
This is every week. Being consistent and refusing to say no to my responsibilities and passions has allowed me to grow as an employee, improve my athletic capabilities, and become a better father, all simultaneously. I am far from perfect but I always strive to be better.

2021 Family Vacation
zhlédnutí 98Před 2 lety
My mom flew out to visit us from North Carolina. We went to LA and San Francisco and had a touristy vacation. It was a great time! A lot of firsts for my mom including her first plane ride, first time to both cities, and while in Burbank, she tasted her first gyro. We had a blast! Love you mom!
West Memphis Three Filming Location
zhlédnutí 2,1KPřed 3 lety
This is the location where the three murdered boys were found in 1993. Mixed emotions while filming this. Creepy to an extent, but also surreal as I watched this documentary as a kid when it first came out. I never knew there were follow up documentaries until last year when I was scrolling through Netflix and found out there were two more, showcasing more information on the case. (Spoiler) Gla...
Any Given Sunday-Al Pacino Monologue
zhlédnutí 473Před 3 lety
The Locker Room Speech given by the great Al Pacino in Any Given Sunday is one of the most inspirational scenes in movie history. I wanted to do this monologue because one, it's a badass scene in a badass movie, and two, it came with a hefty challenge and responsibility. I can't even come close to Al's performance but I did really feel connected with this one.

Can’t tell if wifey is as into it as hubby ..
She wasn’t lol. But I did buy lunch for them for tagging along. They were medium excited about it, I was extremely excited lol.
Don't be a simp butter cup lmao 🤣
Give me a shout. New phone and none of my old contacts were saved in the cloud. Lost all of them.
Where did you get that Stand by me Shirt 6:35
I ordered it off of some website, but can’t remember which one. I wish I did though because I lost it and need another one lol.
I relate alot...looking forward to more vids.
Great video, always wanted to check the scene out myself, still think the WM3 killed those boys, the use of tying the boys up with their own shoe laces proves to me this was a crime of opportunity, kids were known to played around in those woods and Damien said himself in his medical records he liked to hang around the woods, the fact that not one of the three boys could make it out to the open screams more than one killer and the different knots used, The 2009 Edlington case was eerily similar to this, even the location looked the same.
Valid points 👍
thank you so much 👍😊 . you have make a great job . I love the movie . nice to see this in this time . greetings from germany
I always thought their houses faced each other.
Me too until I went there.
@@thesummitbeforeyou The camera man did a great job of making it look like they did.
Very cool
The Wonder Years was genuinely great TV and it's curiously forgotten today. Obviously not completely forgotten, but it doesn't seem to be held in the regard it really deserves, which is a great shame. A lovely, sweet, sometimes profound nostaliga-fest.
Muy bello
O melhor seriado de todos os tempos!! Não vai existir nada igual. The Wonder years supera as séries mais famosas da atualidade, é impressionante a sensação causada pela série quando você está assistindo mesmo em 2023.
After all the fuss he made about Winnie Cooper when they were kids he ended up marrying someone else when he grow up
Cliff Clavin factoid #1: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine was ACTUALLY filmed in a studio in southern California, instead of a former Cardassian space station orbiting the planet Bajor. Cliff Clavin factoid #2: The character Morn in Quarks bar on Deep Space Nine was based on, and a tribute to, Norm Peterson of the Cheers bar. Morn is an anagram of Norm. On Deep Space Nine, the character Morn is completely silent. In the entire series, he had not a single word of dialog. However, there were multitudes of scenes in which the other characters talk about Morn never shutting up, and talking their heads off. In the context of DS9 it's a sort of fourth wall joke to the fans of both shows, that Morn, a solo character in the bar, apparently talks to anyone and everyone, as much as Norm and Cliff Clavin put together. And is almost always at the bar on his favorite stool But to the television viewer, he's always completely silent. A silent tribute to our favorite odd couple at Cheers.
Great video mate.
Hey I just watched this video.l am in my 50s , I can tell you this much, I watched everything from the trail to the west Memphis 3, Lost in paradise.l actually watched all 3 parts of it.and I have been watching everything over the years.l even watched the part when they all got out of prison.l am gonna be honest with you, I don't think they did it.oh l almost forgot but they did take the one guy in for questions, that man's name is Terry Hobbs.everyone over the years has always thought it was him that did it.guess what? , He has a page on CZcams and he goes bye Terry Hobbs.check this one out, I went through his page and I subscribe to it and I scrolled through it and he acts like everything is good and he acts like nothing never happened.l haven't hit the thumbs up or haven't said anything in the comments section on his post's on his page on CZcams.you should get on CZcams and type in west Memphis 3,it will show you everything and I mean everything on the West Memphis 3 Case.
Yeah I’ve watched all those documentaries. I saw the first one as a kid and didn’t discover the other two until a few years ago. I was shocked at how far in depth the case went. I definitely went down the west Memphis rabbit hole lol.
Thanks for sharing, loved watching. Live in England so doubt will ever get to see these locations. Amazing movie and amazing how things change but kinda stay the same.
Thanks, glad you liked it. It was pretty magical visiting all of these locations!
@@thesummitbeforeyou I can imagine was very special
Can't believe the negroes and meth addicts didnt claim that hidden gem!
Fantastic Record Roland I like it. But there’s one thing you forgot to film where was the campfire filmed remember in Stand by me right after the Stand by me bridge they went to a spot to sleep and they were sitting right next to the campfire. They were talking and having fun. Yeah where is that film. 😮😊
I’m not sure where the at is. I researched everywhere to find that spot, along with the opening scene where Richard Dreyfus is sitting in the car, couldn’t find anything anywhere about those locations. I even spoke to the lady in Brownsville who puts on the STAND BY ME day every year and she didn’t know either. 🤷♂️
Oh That’s weird because I tried to find at location in the Safari but it doesn’t say that. I really want to figure where is that Campfire spot. But thanks for letting me know. I’m gonna ask the company of Stand by me who filmed. 😮😊
That’s the spot I’m looking for watch the scene again. czcams.com/video/DX2dwi3MNhY/video.html
Thank you for sharing this. I used to watch the show all of the time. It is neat to see where it was filmed.

I once took a bus tour trough the Boston city centre and when we were passing this spot the guide said: ‘And there’s the place where everybody knows your name’. And man I choked.
You step inside of there and the drug that is pure Nostalgia courses through your veins lol. It was awesome to say the least!
Awesome! Thank you so very much for this incredible video. I'm from Brazil and I'm a big fan of this movie since my childhood. Congratulations for the amazing job you guys made. Best regards.
Thank you, I am blessed to have been able to go!
As I've heard, the crime scene looks totally different from 1993. I think they bulldozed the place not to long after the murders. Also, there was a set of apartments maybe 2-3 hundred yards from Robin Hood Hills. Some people speculated that the black man who came into Bojangles that night, covered in bloodd and mud, could have very well come from that apartments complex with it being so close to the crime scene. The police never questioned anyone there, because once they decided that Damien Echols was the killer, they never followed up on other leads!!
Yeah I heard about that theory as well. I watched all three documentaries about the murders and after watching them I’m still confused lol
It definitely wasn’t the kids though, IMO.

There's also a replica Cheers bar elsewhere in Boston in a market that's designed like the interior. I recall having a few pints in it many years ago.
LOL do Mailmen get a discount there?
Only if they keep the random factoids to themselves 🤣 gotta love Cliff!
@@thesummitbeforeyou It's a little known fact that discounts were invented in ancient Mesopotamia. It's true! And they were invented by the Mesopotamian postal system as a way to lighten the load of your average hard working mail man! You see, back then your Mesopotamian scribes were knee-deep in switching from your clay tablets to the new advanced papyrus system which was made from reeds. So the Mesopotamian mail service offered your temple scribes a discount on delivering their letters, if they would just use papyrus rather than clay tablets. And that was the world's first discount. - Cliff Clavin -
You did find the pipe bridge but when you pointed to the bank location of where you thought the bodies were found you were wrong. You pointed to the left side of the bank. In matter of fact the bodies were found on the right side once you cross the bridge about 15 yards to the north. The trees were all destroyed and the gullies were their bodies were submerged in have been filled in. So the exact spot of the remains now just looks like grass and weeds. I could see it in your drone footage.
