The more pay "argument" is silly. The league loses money and only exists because the NBA gives millions and millions of charity money. There are no profits to pay their players with. The worst part is stupid women claiming sexism. It's women who won't pay to watch them either.

The women are playing a sport that was created for men and onboarded to the sport without make changes to the game requirements other than ball size. Women have been doing this for all sports created for men. I myself am a male and never knew how to play basketball correctly. Now after seeing the intensity that college women have brought to the game after last year's final. They have moved me to learn how to play basketball. Women have an intensity in sports maybe not as at the level of men but still at an intensity that most men couldn't keep up with. The talk of lowering the rim for more entertainment, I thought was an insult. Breanna stewart had a legitimate question in response to that. Credit does have to be given to Caitlin Clark for exposing the media interest in wnba. Otherwise we would not be now getting to watch the wnba on prime time. I did not expect to watch the WNBA after Caitlin Clark was drafted along and just stick to the women's ncaa. But now, I want to see players like Brittany griner, Stewart, Plum, Wilson Oguwimke, and the list goes on besides Caitlin Clark playing. Yeah so what, most may be gay, but they are some hot looking lesbians sweating on the court or all dressed up during a interview. Don't lie guys! You know that you can't wait to see the female commentators during half time call the stats and then actually stand up and move around, instead of sitting the whole time behind a laptop like the males do. The WNBA it's going to get more popular because I'm not the only one they have convinced to watch. Please though, keep the NBA commentators in the NBA where everyone wants to see entertainment. Lets face it, that's all the NBA is anymore, entertainment. Thats why people are taking and interest in the WNBA, because the women are playing to win, a sleepy with less dunks, but with more desire to win. I hope they don't make huge salaries like the men anytime soon because then it will become like the NBA. Just entertainment and no real desire like college basketball.

I disagree with much of what is said here. I have tried to watch the WNBA many times but the lack of team play and the missed shots have always made the experience less enjoyable. But I have noticed this year the play is much better and CC is amazing. I watched more this year than I have all because of her. I do not think they make enough money. I think they need to make the league representative of the population and limit the number of each race to that percentage. Its time we make America great again by making all sports have equality and inclusion.

So are you telling me that women's college games would have to lower their's as well. That makes no sense whatsoever. Every player in the WMBA has played college basketball or played overseas, Olympic games for women's basketball would also have to change. These women are fantastic athletes with skill and strategy and just dunking isn't representative of the play. We've been Las Vegas Aces season ticket holders for 5 years and they are back-to-back champions with at least 3 players this year on Team USA. The games are at capacity seating all season long.
