Why have I never seen anyone IRL with sinus problems? Everyone seems to be happy, and breathing well. No weezing, congestion or talking and breathing through mouth. I reckon if your nose were impacted for any long period, you wouldn't be able to function. Perhaps these people are depressed and at home.

Yeah that's all great and good...but I have bilateral swelling to the sub-mandibular glands. No pain, no stones that I can see or feel. I don't like the way they look, so I'm thinking of having them removed because I hate how they throw off my face and neck. Been to the ENT and through MRI have determined it is not a tumor/cancerous. I'm at my wits end here!!!

I have been dealing with submandibular salivary gland issues for a year and a half. Really bad the last eight months. I have gone to 17 doctors eight of the doctors have been ear nose and throat Doctors and 2 holistic doctors. I have had so many test. I had my second CAT scan with contrast a month ago, I’m finally having surgery in two days. When you look at this salivary gland disease it pretty much says that it’s either a stone, Sjogren’s disease or you have had radioactive chemotherapy in the past. That is not my case. The Doctor Who is doing my surgery in two days, she figured it out! After having all of my information all of my test results, she came in the room and she asked me one more question. The question was did you ever have mumps?? I was shocked. I said yes I had mumps when I was a child and I remember it being really bad. So after my surgery in two days, I will be posting my story on Reddit to spread the word that having the mumps can also lead you down this rabbit hole. It has been a huge ordeal for me. My quality of life has really changed with all of the swelling, burning tongue, ringing ears, and only being able to eat a few different bland foods. I have been telling people I am the healthiest sick person there is. I am a 55-year-old female 5‘1“ tall and 105 pounds. My diet is all organic and it has been for years. I was not letting anyone gaslight me. I kept pushing ahead.

I have had sinusitis for the past 8 months and I was getting constant nasal thick green mucus and nose blocks all the seasons and I tried Allopathy/Homeopathy/Herbal/Energy Healing and Breathing exercises none of these cured. I started meditating 3 hours every day at night time after my office work from 10pm -1pm (3 hours) and Within 7 days my mucus creation and nose blocks got cleared and I was able to smell after so many months. So to conclude - All the illnesses which the modern Medical industry says surgery is the one and only one option and cannot be cured with medicines - I request all those people to do meditation every day 3 hours and You will see that your illness gets cured and is guaranteed there is no question of particular illness will not be cured in meditation - Many people even cured cancers also.

im 17 and a senior and was wondering if anyone had any career ideas. im interested in the medical field but dont want alot of schooling if possible i was interested in being a mortician for along time but found out im really bad at anatomy which could be an issue. (i took anatomy and physiology 1 and 2 aswell as medical terminology at my highschool these are all known to be difficult classes but none are AP i have adhd and a handfull of learning disabilities and dont preform well in high stress situations where i need to process information and instructions quickly (im trying to work on that tho) so i dont think being in a trauma unit or hospital/er would be a good fit i want something repetitive so i can master the task but also something that wont bore over time) my mom wants me to be a phlebotomist because i like blood im not opposed to the idea but im scared i wont be very good at finding veins because of my trouble with anatomy. im fine with needles as well so that wont be an issue and i have also donated to the red cross aswell as helped run a blood drive with my schools red cross club. so im definitely fine with blood bags and what not. i have also taken blood at my doctors once before so im slightly familiar with the process. i just want to know more options. and i know i have time and alot of people dont choose there major until there second year of college but it stresses me out to think i could go on the wrong path and end up racking up a bunch of debt just to be unhappy with my choices. as im writing this im realizing maybe i should have posted this to redit but oh well

I had to simplify the stairs thing for the sake of remembering: when going down it's CRUTCHES first. When going up it's FOOT first. Being my 1st time on crutches at age 60+ I also had to learn to make a WIDE base and GO SLOW when 1st starting out. I actually fell once and slightly bent one of my aluminum crutches because I hadn't quite got the hang of which goes 1st going up. 🙄
