Very important video. Thank you for this. I am a master's student in another country(Tokyo), wanting to cross over to Canada via studies. Now if I should apply for visa in the country am in and am above 30 and grad student, and unmarried, how will I present these home ties factor? I have my mum and brother left in the Nigeria and I al have a land shared to me by my kindred.

Though I have no intention of coming to Canada with d kids for now but to get them join me later. My fear is that I no disclosing that he stays at d US can be a red flag. She is trying to get a student visa to Canada. I've already added her as a proprietor to the company I own in Nigeria, even though I don't get salary from the business and she doesn't get paid. However, I have multiple projects and an online presence to demonstrate the company's existence. She is currently working in the United Kingdom for more than a year now.
