I am using Eos 250d (Rebel SL3) on Lenovo y700 (Windows 10), I have the utility software uninstalled. I put my camera on manual video mode with 1280*720 30fps and a specific ISO. Also, I have the WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS disabled. Yet, whenever I try to use it on OBS or Zoom it shows black screen for around 10 seconds and then shows the image for 1 second but then it freezes, then I have to disable it, and when I enable it again it shows "Eos Webcam Utility". I tried reinstalling, restarting my system and what not! But nothing worked, please help!🙏🥵 It used to work perfectly fine with webcam utility beta! Maybe you could give a link to download the beta!
Have you uninstalled the beta version? Try uninstalling all versions and reinstalling the official version then restart your computer and try again. Also try putting your camera in movie mode and see if that makes a difference.

This was a great watch, here’s my question; I’m aware of the histogram in the editing software but where do you read the histogram on the camera?
Hi Nicolina. Thanks for the kind words. Your camera has a histogram built in but you have to turn it on. If you are shooting on a dslr you can have it displayed in live view or you can have it shown when you playback the images. On a mirrorless camera you can change the settings to have the histogram displayed on the LCD screen or in the EVF.
