Nice machine! Agree with others that it would amazing after being painted! Can you share the link to your Jeep wheel carrier ? Meanwhile, have you registered your kart for street legal yet? I am thinking about doing the same for my kart as well but found the info to do so lacking.
@julianvideoproduction4797 dirtlegal is the company I used. Im yet to be on road. Let me put it in the description.
welds are spot on
Just a question tho, are u gping to sand blast that rust away and paint the metal so it doesn't rust anymore hate to see beautiful beast machines go rusty
Shes getting the full treatment in powder coat! ❤️
Would say mount it on the front somewhere because the sound and it bounces all over, but good man that thing sounds soooo good
Im gonna get a better camera soon brother. Dont worry I got you!
Great build ! what type of metal pipe did you use for wishbones?
Same as the body. D.o.m.
@@jamelvaughn2010 may I ask what size and thickness
@@zico3239 1.25" x .12 wall they are beefy.
I think your turn signal lights should be the same angle as your head lights.
Headlights are a beam of light. Turn signals are just illuminated bulbs.. this all follows a constructed vehicle title.. height angle distance. Etc...
I love the upper rear shocks.
The project turned out very well, congratulations. I just had one question, where was the radiator?
In between the rear shocks up top.
@@jamelvaughn2010 Cool, I also used it in mine with a car engine and made an upper air intake for the radiator. It was very functional.
Hey Jamel, how well does it steer without power steering? It’s it pretty hard to turn?
Not at all.. designed into the A-arms..
Incredible build, you’ve really used your head and made it your own! What steering rack are you using?
Empi its just so good. Lol
@@jamelvaughn2010 do you know what size/length it is?
@@thedude6650 14" empi steering rack. They cost a bit. But well worth every penny.
Well made
sweet build
Don't think this suspension setup is best suited for offroad,
This is not a offroad vehicle. Whats your point?
Not criticising your work, i guessed it was going to be used off road
@foundnotlost Im going street legal via "homemade construction".
so much work ....very sweet
Thank you! Still not done. Possible turbo in the works.
Thing is a Monster with proper breaking. Capacity
Why did you decide to do trailing arm?
as opposed to a-arms? they take a beating well. and are simpler to build.
what size wheels are you using? they look amazing on the kart
15x5.5 I think? I know they are 15s with a 45 side wall.. hope this helps.. im running 4x100 bolt pattern all around so miata wheels fit.. theres alot of cheap sets on fb.
@jamelvaughn2010 how do you feel with them? I have an r1 engine but I'm worried they'll feel too heavy
@vicman440 they could be a little lighter. Look into some vms wheels they make a 15x3.5 I might get a set. It still is very fast with these. Plenty of grip. 0-60 ~2sec.
@jamelvaughn2010 that must feel insane, thank you for the info man I appreciate it!
Excellent!
Bro 😶🌫😶🌫😶🌫🤯🤯🤯🤯 Suspension set up🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Hell yea brother!! I love F1. Had to take inspiration and show Homage.
@@jamelvaughn2010 i surely follow n develop this design when i start my build 🔥🔥🙌🙌
im building a crosskart. Building both in person and in bend-tech. But that exhaust sound though! Someone call the vet to give that animal some medication, that thing sounds mad!!!
Its pretty open.. sounds changed 3 times. Now lol.. I needa get some more videos for you guys.. shes absolutely nasty.
Beleza 👍👍👍👍😎
WOW! Amazing Kart.
Thank you sir!
Do you plan on racing in it
Just seen this. Yes. Autocross / solo timed events. Maybe drift. Shes kinda squirrelly drifting though
Must be scared of it
Its pretty scary. Lol I just need someone to record for me.. Its fast as fuck boi
What is the drive spool or what plans did you use my buggy keeps wrecking the drive spool…. too much juice for it
I ended up designing my own custom bearing carrier still using 1 1/4" keyed shaft. Look at kj raycings spool set up mine is very similar. He sells plans
great build brother, just want to know what the length of th shock please
11.5" in the front, 14" in the rear. Thank you sir. 😊
The best vídeo, congratulations, perfect machine in details.
Thank you sir!
Nice buggy, I need rear push rod suspension on my buggy too :) This is perfect for setup.
Great job , love the front suspension design.
Sweet build! Cant wait to see it out on a track or rip it through a field somewhere. Drift it around light poles in a parking lot...
Wheels first.. gonna get some skinnies all around.. these pretty heavy.
Top.
You used kj raycing plans to build that? Sick build tho. I'm also making one as well with r1 motor. I'm working out of a 6ft by 12ft mechanical room on dirt. So it's a little rough building but it worked out.
You're acting like it doesnt say that in the description...
@Jamel Vaughn sorry wasn't trying to be negative I was wondering if that's what you used cus it looked just like it
man , that makes me remember mine, Beautiful...
I see your having an inspirational smoke to keep the ideas flowing👍
Very nice. Hope ur channel grows exponentionaly to support the hard work put in.
This is VERY Impressive ! LUV IT
back in the late 70s early 80s we put a Honda 750 in a Sears GoKart. very scary.
Just, Beautiful...
That thing looks badass bro. !
Wow what an amazing build I have never seen a setup like that on a cart before
Are there rules for crosskarts, or are these just however you want to build it?
Depends on if you want to run in crosskart races.. but if your just having fun. Its free game.
We need a build video.
i hope u got a dry sump system in that thing cause its gonna blow itself to pieces
Beautiful work sir! 👏
Thank you sir.
Should really find a low spot for the tank and check weight distribution
Nah.. thought about it a bunch already.. the weight up there is negligible...
Nice welds man makes it look amazing
Lovely welding
Nice build
Looking very nice 👍🏻 well done
Thank you. Keep an eye out. Im trying to become active. New camera on the way. Body panels.. windshield then we try for street legal.
Thing looks like a lot of fun. Ive really enjoyed watching it come together. Very motivational. Thanks for sharing!
