It is emparitive to do a visual inspection after any installation, and yes working with Jack stands can make it a tight squeeze depending on the size of the jack stands I'm most likely going to try and use my oem hangers since I have a 2024 turbo3 enjoy the the exhaust. And I would invest in the e85 set up as well with the 1 step colder plugs big difference in wtq and bhp. I'm currently just doing 2.5gl e85 and 9.5gl 91 Octain with an corksport SRI. Thinking of getting the F1 3rd brake light, but is it legal in Washington state? Have you been pulled over bc of it?
@@JasonT1 no i haven’t, washington is pretty relaxed with their car laws. if anything it’s a lot more safe to have it because everyone is on their phones these days
What does Ignition 1 mean? Is it reading cylinder 1s firing rate or something? Like for example if you have a bad spark plug will it say 0? Or is it reading something else l.

no, there has to be the obd connector to read and display the parameters in the app
So.if I have my jb4 connected by blue tooth it won't all the gauges . Only if I connect by obd 2 port it will have the gauges work ?? Thank you
@@nelsonnarciso1791 the jb4 comes with the obd2 connector and it has to be connected for the tune to work. the bluetooth is optional but it displays the engine parameters (boost, iat, afr’s etc)
@marsmazda ok, I'm currently using the bkuetooth. Also, I guess I need to download the firmware. There's 2 stable and beta. Do I download both, and then I can upload which one I want to use ?? Is that how it works?? Thank you

Hey man! I was thinking of getting the Mazda 3 turbo hatch. Downsizing from a CR-V and wanted something that I would actually enjoy driving. A few of my friends said that the car feels a bit small (compared to stuff like a corolla and A4). Ofc its smaller than a CR-V, but it doesn't feel bad from test driving. Whats your opinion?
imo the driver and passenger seat have plenty room. the rear seats is what i think is a bit small, especially the roof being pretty low. but if u enjoyed the test drive then id say go for it, it’s ur car not ur friends lol
how do you get scratches in the screen, when neither touching it or having hands near it? That broadway mirror is so cool haha, despite being ugly (id never buy that), never seen one before. I think covers/overlays are good to have if you want to keep good condition yes, goes for any car

im have the AWD sedan with eibach (so it should be lowered slightly more than the hatch) and I'm looking to get 225/45/18. Having trouble finding someone with this exact setup but I wanted to know if you rub or scrap fenders when you go over a speedbump or pothole?
if u have the same specs as me (18x8.5 +45) then no u won’t rub. 235/40 is already a little stretched so 225/45 will be even more stretched.

That camera lens is really disorienting.
Mistake. It will not work with your car's fuel trims (OEM tune). You are ruining your engine. Either you are going to run lean or rich and such with nonprescribed emissions. This is foolish!
i have normal afr’s with the jb4 tune map 1 and also with the tune disabled. no issues so far

Hows it getting proficient airflow tucked behind the bumper?
it doesn’t get forced airflow like the oem air duct but it does get cold air because it’s out of the engine bay. cold air boosts engine power and efficiency

I gave my cluster a quick wipe with a clean alcohol wipe, even that left scratches lol.
Oh man the nervousness I had for you when you weren't sure if they fit. Just know there are only 3 types of wheels. The 4 socket, and 2 different 5 sockets. 5 sockets will either have a 100 or 114.5 space between the bolts. Always look and the current wheel you got on her so you never have to worry about that.
i knew that the PCD of the wheel is 5x114.3. i was talking about the +45 offset and if it was gonna fit to my liking. came out perfect though 👌🏽 fitment industries helped a lot with specs

add more torque and hp
The transmission is only rated at handling up to 340 ft/lbs, so be careful with that.
I'll never understand trying to shave half a second off a 0-60 time while possibly voiding the warranty/blowing the trans/destroying the longevity of the engine. The car is a slouch even with premium, and the 6 speed is ungodly slow to shift. I'm just glad it's not my money. Now get off my lawn.
@@ComptechTypeSi think the power on this engine is maxed out factory… like you said, its not really worth it to try to get 0.5 seconds faster 0-60… for all the trouble you could get
@@sebbbou5455I don't really think the power has been maxed out, Mazda is pretty conservative taking care of his engines to prevent abuse and of course warranty claims
