this is the best song of the album for me. Probably because I'm old so this lyrics are fucking brilliant. The rest of the album it feels too young for me, that didn't happend with her sour album but this guts feels like it's truly for her young generation Z fans witch is fine because at the end of the day are the fans she wants/needs to keep to grow older with them and have a career the same way other generations grewn with other artist. She is an amazing writer and someday she'll have control over her whole music and will get another producer with her lyrics I'm sure she is going to be brilliant. I really don't understand how some ugly people will hate her when she is fucking amazing.

I see that Olivia also sang Traitor as part of this show. That excellent song only underlines the melodic shortcomings of Lacy, Teenage Dream, and The Grudge. It is great if you can “identify” with the lyrics of those newer songs - but lyrics are not enough. You also need halfway fresh melodies with some development. Olivia was lazy with those melodies and even with some of the Guts rockers but fortunately those rockers are catchy enough to widen her concert repertoire enough so that she does not need to do any more covers. By the way, the abysmal Bad Idea, Right? is Not one of those rockers. Sorry, Kids! Have fun sitting in Row 226 at one of her stadium concerts. I should add that I really like Olivia but for me, Guts was not a big step forward. I am disappointed!

Dude this is mostly just talking about politically defined regions which people don't always go by. Thought you were going to talk about colloquial definitions of "Los Angeles". No one considers being in LA county as being in LA. What you said about the valley folks not knowing they're in LA is so freaking true. I grew up there and didn't know until my late teens that the valley is 100% in the city of LA.

I've heard people say they're from "LA" and it turns out they are from Riverside, Hemet, or San Bernardino. People throw the "LA" term around all over the place... Meanwhile, people from inside Orange County almost never identify themselves from their actual city--it's always by their county. Which people never really do outside of Orange or LA counties. Living for awhile in the Bay Area was nice when people identified their location based on geography--was a lot clearer what they meant.

Also, the one thing that ever truly kicked LA boundary knowledge was the road bible. RIP Thomas Bros. here in Mexico, our counties = municipalities, you only have a mayor, "municipal president/presidente municipal", so when i see subdivisions in the USA it amazed me how a county could have lots and lots of cities with a mayor and council, like in LA county , you have random small cities like Commerce or West Hollywood that equal as status with lots of population as Los Angeles or Long Beach, why West Hollywood or Hawaiian Gardens are cities? for me those are like neighborhoods of LA!

I agree that the Angels should not be called the Los Angeles Angels. Very stupid name for a couple of reasons. First, OC and LA have very little in common. Most OC residents literally never travel to LA and vice versa. They are very distinct regions with different politics and cultures. Plus the Angel Angels is a horrible name. Bring Back the California Angels
