If you have Gsync... I recommend turning on Gsync+Vsync+115FPS limit. If you lock the game to 120FPS, input lag occurs. In some games it will lock you correctly, like in this video at 116FPS, but in others it will automatically lock you at 120.

How are you avg. 120. I have a 4090 and I avg 75-90. My cpu is a 5800x but that shouldn’t matter at 4K. Is have ddr5 that much of a performance boost?

We are definitely hindered a bit by our 10850K's in certain titles, but they still perform incredibly and there is no reason to upgrade at this point if you have one. I have a 10850K @ 5.2 static 24-7 OC. Have a 360mm h150i elite capellix with a 6 fan LL push/pull on radiator paired with a ZOTAC AMP Extreme Airo 4080 and i'm getting the same and/or better results overall (especially on the low FPS end). I'm running 32GB 4000mhz CL18 @ OC 4233mhz CL19. I've also got my 4080 @ 140% Powerlimit, +1150 on memory, +125 on Core for 24-7 use and it stays under 60 degrees after hours of hogwarts, red dead 2, etc. Hitting over 26,000 in timespy, + 41,000 in firestrike, +20k in port royal, ~24,8xx in superposition 4K optimized, If you get a 4080 or 4090 i wouldn't buy a different model other than the Airo's. They are amazing performers, generally cost way less than the "top models (MSI, ASUS), and stay super cool.

You can't record in HDR mode otherwise it messes up the colours like in your video.

I have the same setup , are you noticing any frame rate differences from other CZcamsrs by only having a 10850k. Debating if I should upgrade or not , my farcry 6 frame rate seems lower than most
