One our concerns is the traffic on Fallis Line East. It's already brutal with traffic, SPEED, lack of shoulders for walkers and bicycles, blind spots by hills to avoid walkers and bicycles, intersection at Valleyview to Fallis west side being the lack of visibility. Recycling and garbage days are a disaster with bins being hit or blown over by the traffic. Its a country road that has not been improved for the subdivision we have now. What improvements will be done?
I 100% agree with Chanda - on every point above. A lower speed limit and a sidewalk on Fallis would improve things. As well as garbage/recycling days based on odd and even house numbers. School bus crossing signs on Fallis as well.

And my question is where is the water going to come from for the treatment plant? If from wells what happen to the.local resident if they lower the water table. Who are in shallow dug wells.

What about portable toilet facilities along the trail
Why is the "watercourse" being "realigned"?
Because right now the stream (watercourse) travels through where the subdivision will be. So they'll fill that stream in and then construct another one that travels outside the subdivision
If the apartment blocks are four stories, they will need to have elevators.
Is it too late to change the name of this development? The current name sounds very generic, and could be anywhere, especially in a big city! It does not reflect anything about our community.
