Thank you for a great video that made things so simple! YOU ARE THE BEST!
Can you not bridge the black wire from the light switch to also power the fan?
Can you install two transfer switches one to power 10 and the other to power 10? I sure wish they made these bigger and as manual ones.
I installed a fan in the bathroom using the existing light switch, but when the switch is off the fan runs then when I turn the switch on the light come on and the fan goes off, what is going on ? Help helpp😢
Could also possibly pull one of the existing electrical wires up the hole like a pull string with your current Romex attached. Then pull the existing back down with the new cable.
If they are stapled that would be impossible!
I think it would have been a lot safer if you went underneath just saying
Can I use a portable generator that is 30Amps but only 120V?
I need one in Jacksonville FL
Do you service Auburndale,FL 33823?
Yes
So this electric doesnt have main breaker? Just wondering same mine i dont have main breaker. So this is my process compared to interlock
Enough with the stupid fuckin music
If you installed the flex hose in the attic, I think it should be of the insulated type. Condensation can build up on that uninsulated hose in cold weather.
What's the purpose of the video?????
At 10:23 why did you leave the tab in the center? Do you HAVE to leave it in or would it make a difference if you remove that tab for this particular wiring job?
What's a rough estimate for a job like this?
I was hoping to see him how to do the roof part of it. Ugh.
would have been nice if you explained each section/step as you did it. I can't tell what is going on. Why are instructions for these so hard to find?
Dude, you're a life saver. I'm so glad I found your channel. Thank you.
So if I have 14/3 can I run 12/2 to the switch to connect it
A thanks
What would that cost to have done? Thanks

Hi, a single phase house has an L1 and an L2, each being 120V. If you had 2 generators (the little suitcase inverter types), is there a way to power up the main panel, with L1 being fed from one generator, and L2 being fed from the other generator? Keep in mind they'd be sharing the neutral in this case. The 2 generators would need to be kept synchronized 180 degrees out of phase. Is there a way to set up such a system?
What's the cost for that install?
Good job muchacho..
Just out of curiosity, what brand of exhaust fan did you use?
9:@3 that’s a lot of box fill, lol
So the outlet ties into the transfer switch as well as the rest of the circuits your feeding?
Buen video. Tengo 1800 watts disponibles.
Good video, exactly what I needed to see. I’m definitely not electrically inclined
Thanks for the great video. Proof you can make an informative video without it needing to be 45 minutes long.
Great video. Thank you for sharing.
1st vid yet , thanks vato
Do you have to be a licensed electrician to install?
Yes, it is highly recommended to get a licensed and insured electrician for an installation like this or any electrical installation. Electrical is a very delicate trade and a minor mistake can cost a lot of money or even be a life hazard. An electrical fire can happen with the smallest thing. Have a great day and thanks for watching. Be safe!
Shouldn't you have used a conduit between the generator inlet box and the connection box on the inside?
Ya andamos suscritos, finalmente encontramos el canal 🙋🏼♂️
Gracias brother!! Un abrazo.
Would you like to test generator inlet box ?
Do you speak human language. What's the point??????
make sure to insulate your vent piping next time so it doesn’t sweat in the attic
I hate videos with loud music, Your A joke
Nice one
Good jobs. Hi, when using power from the generator, do we need to turn off the main breaker or not?
Yes it is very important to switch main breaker off you will keep the linemen working on restoring your power safe
Not with a transfer switch. The circuits you power with the generator will be isolated from the main when they are swithed to the generator and vise versa with the line voltage.
Thank all of you electricians for those drywall patch jobs. You and the plumbers make me a good living patching and painting these cutouts.
I just put blank covers so I leave customer happy and no work for U! 😁
I have a fan with light i want to work together when switched. Is the instalation pretty much the same? Exact thing you have here, just a light with fan.
Correct!. Just make sure you join together the fan and the light wire together with the black wire coming from the switch. Thanks for watching!
Why didn’t you replace the outlet with gfci?
It was protected by the other bathroom GFI!! 😊😊👍. Thanks for watching!
So where’d you vent it??
Yeah same cuestión so u just left the conduct in the attic?
