Wow Mathew really is revealing himself lately - very vulnerable. Hyper vigilance is a thing- I have that as well - when he mentioned his startle reflex when his wife walks in the bedroom -- that was real. He has a trauma response to life- I hope his beautiful wife adds calm to his soul.

I had lots of people tell me to lower my standards or I wouldn't find anyone when I was 19 and I listened and I waisted 16 years of my life with a narcissistic A-hole.

Interesting video content, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Just noticed about this love guro guy that in all his videos its always the other person is wrong.. what about you as the person, dont you have any flaws?! I know love is not as simple as we think most of the time it is really complicated and hard and painful to some degree. However it takes two people working together to make it happen. Not just one person should be the good one.. both have to take risk,sacrifice, love whole heartedly and respect each other.

I’ve loved this conversation. I love that idea of I am my own person to take care of. I’ve shared similar videos of Matt saying this with my kids and friends. I’m in a new version of myself and embracing who I am without apology. Dated guys that wanted to change my likes and who I am. Even though I wasn’t happy with that I still held onto them. Not anymore!

Can I ask: WERE U BUSY, AND JUST OFFERED DUDE SUNDAY. ? Or was it a display And indifference to show your now, husband you had some sort of self-control. You were really actually busy on Saturday when he asked you out. Cause then it just doesn't make sense because you say no. Pretty busy. I'll see you Sunday, but you're not really busy.
