Just happened upon your channel. I really loved this video. I’ve watched so many on smoothing buttercream. And although I get my buttercream fairly smooth, I always have issues with my metal bench scraper. I’ve held the scrapper in a totally different way, per many videos, and scrapper always leaves marks. Which takes time and effort with a hot scraper, and smoothers to remove. The way you hold your scraper is something I’ve never seen. And ditto, going backwards with the scraper. Never ever would have thought of that!!! Definitely trying this technique on my next cake. 👍👍

Love this! How can you use these amazing products without fondant! My customers do not like fondant!
Hi Debbie, I have actually used the Stamp N Cut embossers on the actual cookies before and that worked well. Rolling the cookie dough directly into the stamp and using the cutters. The SweetStamp letter sets also work great on buttercream.
