O-ring Push quick release system
For the past couple of weeks I have been working in developing a push quick release system for O-ring on carbon race bars. The entire 100% load is on the 316 Stainless Steel block. The stainless steel block sits inside the ABS plastic push trigger. There is zero load on the push trigger.

Ozone Explore V1 12m - Ultra light wind kite foiling and water relaunching

Kitesurfing or foiling with single skin kite. Single skin kite has incredible advantage in ultra light wind compared to other water kites. The stability of this kite is phenomenal in light wind, I could keep the kite over head in 3 knots of wind with very little effort. In fact it takes quite an effort to stall this kite. However the trade offs comes with lacking upwind ability and smaller wind...

Building carbon pocket kite foilboard - Part1: Explain core and structure

This video explains how I build my carbon pocket foilboard. I used compressed blue foam as core and then reinforce the foil mounting area with G10 plates on top and bottom. In between the plates I reinforce the screw area with microballoons so that under screw compression it would not compress the foam. I supposed to make video of cutting foam and reinforcing the mounting but I accidentally del...

Installing the Shinn quik-fit plate is super easy just slot in adjust and tighten the screw in 2 mins. For me, I do not disassemble the entire foil setup because I use it almost everyday so I just loosen the screws after each use. I just dismount the foil from the board and the quil-fit plate makes it so much easier.

These kites suck not worth three thousand and up to have kite fill with water if not relaunch quickly can’t use it in ocean because of small waves bridles stretch out kite needs to be readjusted if not done right kite won’t fly always like to bow tie every so often you are swimming back. So do you think kite worth it. Stick to inflatables ozone’s kite make the best inflatable kites out there but there foil kite suck don’t waste your money or should I say don’t piss your money like i did
