    Let's be serious, it's a fact, white people do better in academics than blacks or Hispanics. I don't care what color some one is. I also want the right person for the job. Most of the time that's a WHITE person, I'm gonna say it, I'm not embarrassed to admit it.😮

    I just came to dislike and I wanted you to know. You aren't talking about diversity, you're the dumbass pawn in a race game. You aren't skilled because it's not required and when it is, you won't have support because you weren't hired for your ability, so it's not like they actually need you.
