@user-vh3ih1ct5h Another one of Jon Ruda's trucks. The Freightliner Cascadia, 1st generation 08-12 I do believe. Normally, I don't buy mod trucks, but he makes some nice ones. There's a lot you can do with them, and I myself can see and tell the difference in driving them.

@Aleksandar6ix Back in the early 80s, I was about 14, and my first time was backing a 78 IH Transtar 4300 with a grain trailer. Driver asked me to back up to the silo. The backing wasn't so bad, it was the clutch and not stalling it that got me. 1st time behind the wheel of a standard.

@user-vh3ih1ct5h It's just called a hood cam, there's actually quite a few of the camera mods out. I was originally using one from Steam Workshop, but found another on Modland. The only difference between the two was the one on Modland only changes what would be the driver's side wheel camera to a hood cam. The one on steam changes all camera angles and interfered with in cab game play. Thanks again for watching, I wasn't expecting to get hit, there's another older video that a vehicle in front of me at a light rams the car in front of him.

@user-vh3ih1ct5h Yes,I change companies pretty much almost everyday. This week I decided to do Swift. Next week we'll see. The truck I despise is the Lonestar International, maybe because of the ugly front end.

@TrishAkramKhan The mirrors themselves are not a mod. There is a camera mod on the steam workshop. I myself have switched to a single view hood mod off of modland called Hood Camera. The one on workshop works but not with my eye tracker.

PC only, I love the game. I have played on and off since 2019. Definitely need at least a mid-level pc or laptop. I originally started playing on a cheap Asus old gaming laptop then over the years am now on an Alienware R11, next step for me is to upgrade from RTX 3080 to a 4090. I'm not overclocked running this game.

Off of steam workshop. It doesn't work on some modded trucks. Also the lean out camera takes you to the roof line.

Thanks, I try to use different companies every few days. I too love the Maverick trucks and flatbeds in general. My cousin use to haul lumber from Toronto to south of Viginia for Eastern Motor Lines.

@WheelHolder742 I believe Mavericks headquarters or used to be is here between North Litle Rock and Lonoke Arkansas. The Terminal is still there. I use the Promods Canada, Alaska, Coast to Coast, Mexico & a lot of other mods. I have had a CZcams channel for years but I'm just now starting to take it seriously. Keep up the good work.

@WheelHolder742 Promods Canada is much better than Canadream. MEXICO is detailed but frustrating. Tight corners, speed bumps, traffic everywhere lol.

Found cb chatter on atsmods.com. Health issues suck. The first vehicle I drove was a 1981 IH 4300 Transtar, grant it, was only a half mile, but at 14, never drove anything. That's when I wanted my cdl. Unfortunately, life,jobs,women and actually going through with things stopped me. Now that I thought about doing it, my cardiologist says no. My daughter wants to get her cdl when she turns 18, but then said maybe 21. I told her don't wait because if you do, it won't happen.

Thanks , I try to come up with different company's and situations for each video. The 3080 graphics card is that good. Alienware R11 that was barebone shell I bought for 200. and built it from there. I have Brutal's Weather Mod and adjusted some settings in the configuration files.

I'm using tobii eye tracker 5, I have it set to follow my head for now til I get used to the eye tracking. Tried it once and boy the motion sickness.

Tobii was the best purchase I could have made. I have a Logitech G25 that was actually used at a driving simulator class. It was adapted already with a real full-size steering wheel, and I just finished converting my shifter, so it is about shoulder height with the splitter knob.
