Absolutely. Both islands have spectacular beaches.
how deep is that plunge pool? is it heated?
It was close to 6ft tall. I remember the water was warm but not sure if heated.
This is exactly why i love long layovers! You packed in so much in such a short time. We’ve never been to Spain but this looks like a great trip 😊
It was a jam packed visit. We were really tired after our visit but happy we made it happen. This was Ann-Marie's first visit to Madrid. Spain has some great destinations ... worth a future visit.

12 hours is very ambitious!
We had a long stopover so had to maximize it. We were tired at the end.
Love day long layovers to see a new place or just hang out somewhere I enjoy. You know in all my years visiting Madrid I have never gone to the market there. Will have to check it out next time I pass through. And if you return, the more modern art is across the street from El Prado in other museums :)
