I been speedrunning for like 3 weeks, pb 20:40, I know like the begginer routes for each bastion type, but I saw that I need to improve with my bastions, also are these actually used in runs, I have never seen the parkour routes in bridge in a run for example, just curious :)

In Minecraft 1.21 if you have Render Distance set to 2 chunks it renders 4 chunks in total which 2 chunks it renders on the monitor (where the first chunk is always the chunk where the player is located) + 2 pre-rendered chunks just to know exactly how far away the mob spawner is. Also the Render Distance affects only the horizontal chunks the vertical ones are rendered but not seen on the monitor more than 2 in infinite number of times.
