You have to get approval from the post office ? 🤔
love it!
Very cool way to honor our coaches! And nice coincidence that each coach had only 4 letters in their name. 👍😂
Yea, that made the vinyl work easier :)
Awesome gift!
Using screws instead of rivets would have solved the problems with the corners.
Hello sir, I have one model of car lense it's very complex shape need to make coliner in one surface please guide me 😢
Which printer do you use? I would have thought it's slow using a Bamboo printer
We used a Bambu P1S to print the tags. It took 23 min. 36 sec. to print a batch of 6 tags. If we printed the same geometry in a single color, it would have only taken 13 min. 13 sec. Printing in multi color added over 10 min. to swap the colors and print the intricate shapes.
Love this! I have customization automated for my Etsy store, ImperialGaming, so every custom order that comes in has the model instantly generated. If you’re a maker who wants your customization workflow automated hit me up!

Nice choice of guest names ;) awesome way of using custom properties!
I love the bookmark! I need to know if the clip was also 3D printed!
Thanks! No, I didn't 3D print the clip. In fact, I upcycled an old set of clips that were too weak to do anything and destined for the landfill. Trying to give these clips a second life :)
@@ournextmake Oh cool, that's a great idea!
Brilliant video, thanks! I’d love to make one but I only have basic hand tools (for now!).
We're glad you liked the video. It was a lot of fun to build! We wish you luck when you do decide to make one!
DO NOT USE A REGULAR WOOD BLADE - YOU NEED A BLADE WITH A NEGATIVE RAKE
Thanks for sharing this advice.
Very Cool!
Thanks!
Thanks for the tips. I'm currently restoring an Anvil case from rotted foam and I am going to add casters as per your design!😃
That's awesome! These are so much fun to work on. Good luck with your project!
Got to see this in person… even more impressive than I could imagine Great work
Thanks Joe! It was great to see you!
Did I see you picking pattern elements to skip? Very clever way to make repeatable 8-bit characters from the same grid. And I love the jig for securing the wooden sphere!
Skipping instances is definitely a quick way to build out pixel art! ...and it's fun too! That jig was super helpful and made it really safe to work with a sphere at the drill press.
This project is incredible. It fully encapsulates the vast range of skills and tools in your arsenal, not to mention your creativity! This is your best demonstration yet of all the things you've learned how to do! And it looks awesome!!
2:23 Thanks for the new idea on how to use my Cricut!
4:07 love the animation here!
Yes! It really works well if you get the special stencil material. It stays fairly sticky each time you pull it off and reapply. Also, it's not too sticky that it would remove paint. I did hop around the field so that I'm not applying the stencil on wet paint. Let us know what you end up using the stenciling for!
That is so awesome, the workload on that must have been crazy! I wanted to make something like this, but never thought of making a retro video game look, till now! thank you!
It did take more time than we anticipated. There were a lot of moving parts, a bit of experimentation with the ball cradle, and a fair amount of waiting around for paint to dry :) ...and because we couldn't just build one, we doubled our workload. Of course, we love the end result and we're so glad this gave you an idea for a possible retro video game version of your own. Do let us know if you end up building one. We'd love to see what you come up with!
QUICK ... CLEAN ... NEAT. Thank You.
We're so glad you liked it!
You should try putting more texture on the stamp face so that it holds more paint and leaves a more even coat
Thanks for the great tip!
Why does this guy look like the noice meme guy?
Wow, you guys are a fantastic team
Thanks so much! We do love working together every day :)
I never imagined using PLA to make a stamp, this is great! I do have a stamp design I've been wanting to make, but put it on the back burner because I didnt feel like carving up a block of rubber. How do you think ink would work with a PLA stamp as opposed to the acrylic paint you used?
Great question... A viewer on another platform commented that we need a brayer and block printing ink. Not sure how that ink would work with a 3D print, but it's definitely worth a try. Acrylic paint is all we had on hand, plus it's what we want to use in the final project, so we tested that. Do let us know if you try using ink!
now, that's determination and skill! well done 🙂
Great story and what a journey of determination and tenasity to reach her goal.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amazing demonstration, thank you
Thanks! We're glad you liked it!

Really nice

This is amazing! It was really cool to see you get interviewed by Sal next to a table full of your awesome shoe experiments~ Yay!
Rachael, I was blown away by this. You're so talented. Thanks for bringing us this great video, everyone!
How can we get one. I need this
Thanks for your interest. We've only made one for ourselves, but we are investigating what it would take to make these available to others. If we decide to make more, we'll let you know.
@@ournextmake I'm definitely interested in one
Honestly really useful tip! I will definitely be using this technique
Thanks so much for the feedback. We're glad you found this tip useful.
Which slicer is this?
The slicer is called Bambu Studio
@@ournextmake thank you! Gonna check it out
Great tip, and very cool hidden clues for your puzzle box. Good luck at the event. A technique I use when I need specific strengthening is adding 0.2mm holes through the part, which when sliced the holes effectively go away but walls are added. I've been able to do this creating angled columns as needed. For my latest project where I need to make 60 structural hubs for a hanging art piece, I actually am printing them upside down without any infill and no "top" layers, creating a shell. After printing, I fill them with 2 part long cure epoxy with some fiberglass filler added. Rock solid, strong in all directions.
Adding 0.2mm holes through the part sounds really interesting - We'll have to give that a try some time. ...and the idea of only printing the outer shell of your design and filling it with epoxy and fiberglass is epic. Those parts must have been incredibly strong! Thanks for sharing your techniques!
@@ournextmake Thanks! Perhaps either could be a future video topic for you.
thats cool, just what i needed to avoid unnecessary print walls / infill density
Hidden geometry is great with pause-at-layer to insert dope 😂
can you imagine 3d printed bag handles / buckles with dope inside? The law enforcement is already at my footsteps but nothing will stop the 3d print mafia
dumb clickbait. it is called infill modifiers.
dumb or not, I wasn't aware. Now I want to call it dumb clickbait too
Apropos hidden geometry, if you have hollows inside your STL, so basically another set of walls fully hidden inside the solid, this can help you create internal reinforcing structure.
Great point! Using internal hollowed out shapes is another great way to add strength and reduce filament consumption. Thanks for sharing the tip!
Great video! liked and subscribed.
Thanks so much for your support!
Does this work with orca slicer? modifers seem missing
found it. had click object after
So glad you found the option in Orca. I'd imagine that most slicers these days should support modifier objects. They're really cool.
I see anything related to bamboo - I leave a dislike.
CHIIIIIIINNNNNAAAA! NO THANK YOU.
I still hope you're able to use the tip about modifier objects in your 3D print projects.
😭😢😭😢😭😢 Bambu rules you whiny clown
@@ournextmake that's the spirit
Hi, is there a change to get the plans??? Tank you in advance
We're still figuring out the best way to share this design. We'll update you when we've got it sorted out.
Will be waitting impatiently. Thank you
👍👍
Thanks!
Very nice explanation
Thanks! We're glad you found it useful.
Yes, I always add pocket beams in my larger prints. Set the pocket to like 0.05mm and trick the slicer into printing walls within the print so you do not have to use as much infill plus give better support to the objects.
That's a great tip! Thanks for sharing!
