I remember Gabicci as had some of the sweaters and cardigans, of course I also remember and owned Harrington jackets, I had a couple and I still like them now all these years later. The early 80's for me when I remember back and especially in the area I am from there was a big mod movement so that would stem from the Two Tone movement originating in the west mids I guess.

@@Sxmn these do come up big on the waist. I would think you may get into an XL and of course 2XL for sure but like I say they are bigger on the waist then your normal brands

Oh yes I remember them very well, they still look cool now. Cagoules were an essential bit of kit back in the 80s!

Levi 501's were massive back in the 1980's, they are still a fav of mine today! Where I grew up was not know for its richness, but clothing was a very important factor for all teenagers in my area. They were great days!

Excellent vid

I had a comment a view weeks ago on another vlog from a UK viewer reminding me to say trainers for us Brits so today I delivered. Boat shoes are a great shoe and perfect for that nautical look.

Hi Matt and thanks for your comment. You are absolutely right in the fact of how important it is to warm up before hitting your session hard, particularly as we age. I normally warm up with some stretching exercises and then I will lower the weight on my first set to warm up the target muscles before increasing the weight and lifting to failure.

I’d say go for a large for a loser fit such as I’m wearing here in this vlog or a med for a boxy fitted look

Thanks for your comment and i have not tried Cortefiel yet. I have many Havaianas also but like to have a mixture of sliders also. The Havaianas i tend to wear more on beach days as I find them better for the beach than sliders.
