Without Free and Prior Informed consent in every single law of the colonial state , and any policies, including with any bills pertaining to UNDRIP it is fraud, the vast majority of indigenous people were not informed nor asked for consent on bill c 15 nor, have we had time to interpret UNDRIP ourselves, without question a national institution must be formed where individual indigenous people will be asked to come forward to vote on anything that can affect the land, lives and futures of them and their children. Furthermore it is highly disturbing that the majority of indigenous people are not being engaged or taught these rights, nor involved in any of the decision making processes, unelected first nations bodies and institutions are making decisions for us over us, this is against the entire spirit of intent of UNDRIP, nor should the implementation and action plan be created over all of us a interpreted over us for us without consent of the majority, UNDRIP as it should look, the way indigenous people decide how it should look and the common understanding of the common interpretation that we decide and vote on together. Another deception is taking place like when treaties were formed this is a modern-day deception of our people to turn us into municipalities why is no one being informed about this from our own elected members, and institutions that work for and with indigenous. FPIC can only be true at the individual level, not through AFN or other indigenous men or women, only the by rights holder themselves can they give true sovereign FPIC.
