How did 3 anonymous gospels supposedly named 100+ years after writing come to have the exact same name in all places? in a sense no they arent enough its all there together for a reason so if a part is missing....thats not enough of course asserting truth doesnt mean its true 🙃 abraham lincoln is the most biographied man in history. why did the last author write ANOTHER biography? arent the previous record holders enough? well presumably he felt he had something to add, as John certainly did.

@@captaindan151 good suggestion not consistent with the archeological or internal evidence of the manuscript, the context of the accusation. that the gospels were written anonymously and names were tacked on later but unrelated people. if you have an adjusted position that the gospels were written with names in the beginning but those names were simply lies....well then i would turn to looking if it bears marks of a forgery. i would call this an assertion of deceptioin tho, not anonymity.

@@captaindan151 good point, all youre missing is that John is part of that inspired book. (also (in the context of a perfect god is inspiring the writing) john was written less than 50 years later) that perfect book wasnt done being written until the book of revelation circa 90. it was simply another "chapter"

@@captaindan151 who are zues' OG haters? are they living remotely near his time with humans? (i genuinely dont know but if youre drawing a parallel i assume its parallel) dont many scholars believe gods like him arose from ancestor worship meaning....he probably did exist? (one could say that then they both existed and accounts of their words and actions are equally likely either to be real or to have been invented after their death but i hope you wont, regardless thats not the point were talking existance) point was simply that there were anti-christian apologists living much much nearer to the time of Christ and their neglect to deny his existance is at best a GLARING oversight but it clearly suggests that his existance was established fact among detractors and and followers alike One might say argument from silence! but it is a lot weaker accusation when the silence is deafening...

@@iamnotmyown There's big hole in your argument. If something doesn't exist then there is nothing to deny. If Jesus never existed then what would they need to deny? Its only later when people started asserting he was real then people began to deny that claim.

@@captaindan151 that might be a hole....if the reality of Jesus Christ wasnt the central pillar of christian teaching from the earliest days ("We preach Jesus Christ and Him crucified" and "If Christ has not been raised we are of all men most to be pitied"~Paul).
