The crispy texture is very important. We had these for work lunch the other day and they weren't quite right. Yours look perfect. Great cooking
The point is to remove moisture well when stir-frying anchovies. You have to stir-fry anchovies enough when you stir-fry them at first, hee Make it delicious and have a good meal ^^
