Its day 1, just my legs and abs hurt. Hopefully i see improvement soon. Bro it's Day 2, my thighs and core are so sore from day 1 but i powered through hopefully day 3 won't be too bad. BTW the words of encouragement really help out. Day 3: pain mostly not there but still struggling to stand and sit down. Let's go! Let's keep it going. Day 4: Felt like workout but no pain after so I pushed through until I felt something. Day 5, thighs were hurting again, not as bad as day 2. I know I'll see improvement soon. WOOO Bro, I skipped day 6. Bro, Day 7. Because I skipped. I'm sweating even more. Man, please let day 8 be better!

One thing my coach always tells us is to lift with your shoe laces and drive down with your toes, I hope that helps!
