I like to imagine that Kid Shiki sacrificed himself to save Shiki's conscience, rather than him simply waking up after all those warnings unharmed. The detail of Shiki now being a half-vampire and Ciel continuing to be an executioner would easily yield a new story. I was hoping there would be a Far Side trailer at the end, but there wasn't. I think we'll be in the dark for a few more years. But still, great story! If I'm not mistaken, I'd say there's a lot more action here than the previous route. I'm especially happy about something I mentioned before, that maybe what Arcueid really needed was a friend, and it's good to see that in this route they become friends.

If Shiki chooses Ciel Arcueid will hate him and if he chooses Arcueid Ciel will hate him, I've never wanted a harem route so much as I do now! I loved the massacre of the 13/14 vampires, the voice acting was top notch. I thought Noel was just a joke character, but the “revenge” part hints at a bigger story, perhaps a survivor of Roa’s last reincarnation. 02:37:39 So Ciel is like Blade? Just the advantages and no disadvantages of being a vampire? Furthermore, this next scene suggests that there will come a time when she will have to decide whether to kill Shiki to kill Roa? This is tragic love in his finnest! The last 30 minutes were crazy good, that's what I like to see when the Church or the Magic Association are involved.

Okay, I just noticed but...holy _shit_ 41:18 has GOT to be foreshadowing.

It's interesting to know that Roa's entire journey over the last 500 years was planned, but seeing him "die" to Arcuried so soon makes me doubt his competence. Having already seen the previous route, it's easy to see that Shiki will have to kill the Roa inside him, the answer is simple but it will still take at least a week for him to realize this.

If Roa is already out of the picture, then the only major threat remaining is Arcueid itself. I was hoping they wouldn't go that route because it would be really sad to see Shiki kill her. And what about that request of hers? I imagined it would be to defeat Roa, but now I see no reason for her to remain in the city.

So in this route Shiki doesn't deal the final blow and we find out more about Vlov's past, I wonder if in any of the other routes they work together or if Vlov gets his 'revenge'.

They say it's like a sewer, but the place looks more like a catacomb, maybe an old Roa base? Well, it's all gone now.

Just some things to note...that white filter that appears right before Arcueid asks Shiki if she should walk him home also appears when Akiha confronts Shiki the following morning, AND in a different scenario when Arcueid meets Akiha for the first time and suggests she and Shiki smushed. In addition, not-Hisui outs themselves by referring to Kohaku as "Ane" instead of "Nee-san" in addition to blatantly touching Shiki when holding him upright.
