MXFRUIT are great and I'm happy since it's been a while since their last comeback. They are definitely THE vocal group of T-POP girlgroups at the moment since originally all 5 came into the label with the intention of becoming soloists but eventually they got matched up to become a girlgroup with 5 very unique individuals with 5 unique vocal styles and sounds. These girls always sing live and are great at harmonizing and acapella. The group in itself is very diverse too with 2 members being Thai, 1 member Thai-French, 1 member Thai-British and 1 member being Rwandan-British but grew up in Thailand from a young age (She even speaks better Southern Thai dialect than me as a Thai person). They definitely lean more to the western girlgroup side of things with their inspirations being The Spice Girls which aren't bad role models to be fair combined with a little flair of Asian girlgroups. Overall, I feel like the name MXFRUIT perfectly fits this group.

Please check their sister group discography from the same agency (e-girls,happiness,flower,sudannayuzuyuly,sg5/f5ve) though most of them are already disbanded but they got a lot of bangers.. Also you're cute lol

The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference. The "Fu Fu" (or more like "wu-uh wu-uh") part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus and also I think I heard in a K-pop song, not sure which one. Btw I thought the second "Are you ready?" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that, we'll see in the live version. Love the euro trance elements mixed with metal, they also did it with Time Wave, one of my favorite BM song from latest album The Other One. This was actually the song reveal, the first time that anyone heard the song or saw them performing it. Everyone was surprised that they had fans, as they seemed to come out of nowhere, especially because it was a live performance.

React to 'Lifeboy'. It's quite different to their other songs but almost has a Hot2Hot vibe with how it's more upbeat. It has elements of 90s Thai synth pop and slang as well as some Thai traditional instruments mixed in though it won't be too noticeable. Overall, one of my other favourites from 4EVE.

I do believe they sang live at the concert but this is definitely mastered and post-produced audio (I'm not sure if this is directly the mastered audio used for the song on streaming platforms since I felt like I noticed some differences between this clip and the dance MV but maybe it's placebo). This song was first performed at their concert and fans had to keep it a secret until this performance was released and the song was official released on streaming platforms. 4EVE can definitely sing live and have done so though with more intense songs, there is obviously a backing track involved. If you haven't already, you should check out their performances on Show It All (Chinese program) ~ although the main premise of the program is to promote EXO's Lay Zhang's new girlgroup by pitting them up against some top/senior girlgroups around the world (albeit, I guess they only managed to secure groups from Southeast Asia and the USA) but this has given an opportunity for alot of these groups to perform on the biggest stage they've ever had with well produced lighting, audio and backdrops. Other groups you'll know that appeared were DOLLA, PIXXIE, BINI, G22 and lastly 4EVE. They did perform Hot2Hot but it was an interlude dance performance to introduce them to the audience. They then performed VROOM VROOM and TEST ME live while they were the only group to have an encore stage for their song "LIFEBOY" and that one is very live (VROOM VROOM is quite post-produced with a loud backing track). I'm having issues with compilations to begin with, but in my opinion, this crosses the line by messing with the arrangement. Apparently the editor likes both the original and the "unfinished" beginning, so they just use them both in sequence. That doesn't work for me.

Nice reaction and never mind crying while watching a BABYMETAL performance 🙂 They do this even to seasoned BABYMETAL fans (jakemuller8626, Ganimal83, Grington300, IAMisLove and many more might confirm this). I watched the Yokohama Arena 2015 performance of "The One" maybe a thousand times (I LOVE watching the girls floating over the crowd!), I always start to tear up while watching it. The song is epic and SO beautiful, and most of the performances are epic and SO beautiful, too!
