what grade level is this cus i got 14.30 on grass, no spikes, against the wind, and it was my first 100m i ever ran. Im also in eighth grade. Mike still did amazing though he pushed all the way through.

Mike i have some tips for u i see u stuter in ur start im a middle school runner and i run a 12.5 so i see ur not very explosive and i have some tips work on ur block starts form and lateral quickness with things like stuter step switches,lateral switches and a b skip also for explosivness and better form do things like falling runs lean in runs and start adding sprints to ur long runs and u should be running like 13.5 next track season good luck bud and i hope this helps😊😊
