Its sad how nobody cared. Irene never got out of bed & shes a cop. The producers camera crew did zero but were loving the drama. This creep took his pants down coming at the room. Beth insigated a lot but seemed more about herself at times b/c she admits she wants him out. He was there only 2 weeks & tried to fight people. I think i saw him in some movie w/ a small part dont recall him on in living colour but ok u got jim carrer david grier etc calling u personally & u do this crap?? I hope he thought this was good drama to elevate his career instead of being a creepy weirdo perv w/ immaturity anger issues etc wow they let poor tami just leave. I know they kicked him off but so many idiots in this. What did david need to do b4 they strpped in. I get dominic not wanting some fight when tami talked about having people come but gimme a break he knows a whole staff w/ cameras from mtv are there ! Than dominic & aaron just start playing pool. Now im glad david went. This crossed the line. Also didnt think he stalked tami as he said hes a little coward prob knew he was gonna get fired plus that apology wasnt real. U got john whining about some scope on his bed. Theyll change ur sheets. Beth putting his shoes in the toilet like beth just stop amping it up. Bugs me the cast got all hard the next ep but didnt care at all while it was all happening. David naked shoving tami yet irene who did her tough cop routine when they voted him out is gross b/c she just laid in bed !! The end showed hes nuts he camevin there looking for attention the 2 hosts were horrible like yea lets bring david in. So they had no respect for her boundaries either had him set up in the couch . This wacko just called her a p.o.s what a creep & sorru ur not eddie murphy in that over sized leather outfit. Omg she was right to leave. David isnt entertaining hes like a crazt toddler. He was just gonna keep saying i want an apology. Um she said i dont think ur a rapist. She had the right to say i dont want to sit w/ u.

Ok david rips her blanket off as she screamed no over & over. He dragged her into the hallway still ripping & ripping until he finally got her in her bra & underwear. He shoved tami hard into the wall. Did the producers not think to intervene ? That irene chick got all hard after plus shes a cop yet she never got out of bed. Beth instigated & made things about her a lot but how disturbing that nobody helped her or cared or wanted to get involved to stop it. David walking towards them genitals hanging out! Omg. Poor tami. John only cared that some scope got on his bed. David threatening to rip beths clothes off. Tami freaking threw him. Also beth talking about him pleasuring himself all the time is creepy they heard it. Shes not wrong b/c he said to the confessional camera b4 this he was so into tami & was about to go pleasure himself to her in the bathroom. Ick. The drunk irish guy just blowing it all off. Scary this is on camera & not one producer did anything to stop it. Yes its drama they love it but david really has serious issues. What if their werent cameras ?? Tami prepared could whoop him but everyone in the house is either laughing or cant get out of bed. Nice irene the cop only screamed that about rape b/c he was butt naked coming to her bedroom saying he was gonna f up their room now. Tami had serious self control not to hit him b/c of the cameras. She was violated. I used to as a kid think beth just escalated but everyone but tami is all kinds of selfish & this is a great example about how things escalate how others will stand around not help. Beth did try to stop him & david calls it her wanting tami. Everyone of them creeps but tami. I feel so bad for tami b/c she saw the cameras crew nobe cared just lets keep filming. What would it take for them to have stepped in. She knew she couldnt call the cops i guess irene a cop herself was off duty to like arrest him but tami could have had him easily esp today arrested for harrasment at the very least. David was lucky this was being filmed the cameras the show protected him. Its not a funny prank to do this afded w/ him dropping his pants. I cant get over the others not caring at all! No wonder assaults given their all college aged ill equated to campus assaults. He shoved tami after this. So what ur bed is coveted in scope. Wow

This was my favorite daytime show. I just love Dixie Carter's character. Annie Potts is one of my favorite actresses, and Delta Burke is great. I like Jean Smart but I didn't care for her Character Charlene. I've never liked the ditz characters, like Betty White's Rose. Betty White was far better playing Sueanne Nivens on Mary Tyler More and it's WAY CLOSER TO THE REAL BETTY WHITE, WHO WAS BORN A MAN. Thank you for this. I'm so grateful. God bless you. 👏💖💗

That is an excellent episode of "Solid Gold" from January 22, 1983. There is a missing performance by Phil Collins, which is "You Can't Hurry Love", his first single since he had left his band Genesis. The Solid Gold Dancers were really hopping from Adam Ant to all the way through the countdown segments and the ending dance segment. Among the best performances were from Adam Ant with "Goody Two Shoes", Barry Manilow with "Memory" from the then-new Broadway musicals "Cats", from his latest album. There were performances by Juice Newton, Prince, the country-rock band Poco, and "Down Under" by Men At Work. Co-host Rex Smith put in a performance that only he could do with the Pat Benatar hit song "Shadows Of The Night". The ending theme song by Rex Smith and Marilyn McCoo topped the program off as a strong performance of the 1982-1983 season theme song. Prince had performed his then-current hit song "1999". Phil Collins was featured on this particular episode, but it had been omitted from this upload. The featured song from him was "You Can't Hurry Love" that had been popularized by Diana Ross as part of The Supremes in the 1960s. The 1980s vibe was really evident in this broadcast episode. The Madame puppet had several appearances that were interspersed throughout the episode. The resident comedian was Jeff Altman and he was funny in his various skits.
