If I start my dream venture with my 38 years of experience 23 different industry I prepare frist a business plan is culture to retain employees and openess and no close cabinets every body should sit open and discussion can be in conference room when out side people come also round table is helpfully to take decision fast.we can write in a paper few words and take discussion so when boss sit with colleagues the decision fast.we have to give freedom of time and okr follow.we should think what to achieve then spying the employee.we have to create trust what ever way possible why we should make employees leave recruit limited employees as per need and give them more work make then happy then spread to thin and later sending employees out.we have give opportunity to employees idea and pay for good idea while it get implemented.what the organization discussing with clients are vendors let it be open book so all knows what done and get updated mainly customer service customers is king and queen all the business we are focused is customer so see the value of customer they pay salary and even company md also profit we all get his thier hard earned money keep this in mind the organization should work.Today most of the organization lacking this and this education of treating our customers from heart is what I want to impart when I launch my venture.
