I was happy to see you providing interviews on living in Lyon. Love your videos in PV with Taniel
thanks so much :) yes, I love Lyon too!
I ❤ PV, but you cannot get from one end of town to the other in 15 minutes, not anymore. Afternoon traffic is heavy nowadays, and even more so in high season.
After traveling for 21 countries some of them over three times , I found a piece heaven in Puerto Vallarta. Jonathan Anderson from Ryan & Donner real state. Did a fantastic seamstress job. I got the keys 40 days after making an offer. It delayed because seller had health problems and needed a a power of attorney. I bought it in 5 de Diciembre, I don’t have ocean views but very close to the beach. I couldn’t be happier. I love Puerto Vallarta so much ❤️
Saw this exact apartments being panic sold for 75k now! Anything wrong? What do you tell the clients you recomended this investment to?
I love you guys!
I loved this video, lots of great information. I'll be in touch with you guys and also I'm interested in your webinar.
Proof of health care insurance a requirement for a temp visa ,....huh ??? Never heard that before and I have literally watched every video out there on TRV. Is the health insurance some kind of American requirement ? Canadians receive free healthcare, so we don't have primary medical "insurance". If that was a requirement for a temp visa, there would be NO Canadians living in Mexico.
Cabo as one of safest cities? Check State Dept advisory.
Gypsies, tr....oh, excuse me! 3:41 Ex-pats, immigrants and 'nomads', over-paying, sending up prices with entitled attitudes. NO. Stay home. 😱
Just a thought, “Mexico Life, where are they now”?… Be interesting to see if they stayed in their original spot, went elsewhere, or went home 😊.
yeah that would be a great show!
Another great video by the two of you. Thank you so much. It’s great to get an update for 2024.
thanks so very much for watching!
Domina she gives a lot of good information. I think she answered the question that we had. It should be San Miguel as to the, what state question.
Can I get something with such a delightful view for maximum 380,000 dollars today?
What tax to file with the IRS if you’re already a senior elder work-free and retired? 🤔
This was the most reassuring and informative video - - perfect for me right now. I’m a single US woman, just turning 65 and planning to move permanently to Mexico in the next year or so, and I’m seriously considering Mazatlan. Thankfully, I speak Spanish fairly fluently, but I agree that it would be challenging to discuss medical concerns in your second language. Thank you so much for posting this.
Are there agents who help with apartment hunting for long term living?
do you mean long term rentals or assisted living?
@@dreamretirementinmexico long term rental.
Macho Man Savage Love it ❤❤❤
typical choices,, 😂 ... Punta Mita nice new homes with pool 215k safer and weather is better
Cost your life !
Taniel Chemsian, the best!
THIS LOOKS AMAZING, BUT....why is there No bath tubs in these units????
Amazes me that so few Mexicans speak English! Tourism is important, so why not learn Englsih?
Beaches are too hot! Prices in Patzcuaro, where I live, are very low. Very safe. Best climate! Have been here 10 years, will never move back!
it breaks my heart that it's growing so much. I fear it's going to become an extension of Cancun. If it turns into a party town, there goes the relaxing enjoyment this little town has to offer :(
Do you Rey and Empress in Mismaloya? They are crooks. Beware
What's your favorite place to eat in Puerto Morelos?
Are you interested in investing in real estate in Puerto Vallarta? If so, why and where would you ideally want to purchase a property?
Lakeside Medical has been committing Medicare FRAUD with what they did.
Very honest review. No fantasizing. Down to earth.
Thank you for sharing this information is really important to me.
You can of course have your cremation pre handled here in Mexico.
Mexican here... please stop using the term "expats"... you are IMMIGRANTS
Summer in PV was horrible weather-wise, flooded streets, and those hills...
Hi, was a pleasure to follow Mis Janet story, and her new life experience...I will visit Mazatlan in Nov, to compare it to Merida..whow knows maybe..I fall in love...and move there. I 'm a retired airline pilot...😊
You will need ar least 2 UHauls of cash.
I thought about 250k for a unit. They are promoting location, location. I walk to Costco once a week and have watched the construction of this the past 2 years.
Had been considering it until they voters for a feminist hard core communist. I’ll pass.
If you are able to live in 107 to 109 F from March to June when hopefully the rains start and the heat goes down to 95F but 90% humidity. You’ll be fine.
I would love to know the name of their hospital.
Overall an excellent website, very clear and concise. Security was very briefly mentioned, but if I had foreseen the growth of organized crime and growing impunity before I moved to Mexico 27 years ago, I think I would have chosen Uruguay or Portugal instead of Mexico. Twenty to thirty percent of the national territory is estimated to now be under the direct control or substantial control of cartels and organized crime, according to reputable sources like Forbes. Unfortunately they are growing in power, the possibility to counter cartels might have been 15 years ago. If you are retiring you might want to consider the almost inevitable continued growth of crime and the infiltration of crime into government and civil society. Otherwise the future is behind the walls of gated communities, don’t go out at night, and don’t ever become old and frail. There are many destinations in the U.S. that now compare favorably with the cost of living in Mexico, with security, better infrastructure, and less impunity. And yes, numbers of people who have been here for 20 years or longer are sadly leaving this country and the people they have come to love. Times change.
Nice pechuga!
i m going to share a believe is a CHINESE SAYING ==THE WORLD TOGETHER FLOWS BETTER!!! greetings from Guadalajara jal Mex!!
Gold rush times are greedy times. Greed eats brain 🎈 Anywhere infrastructure for wastewater Anywhere healthy tapwater All Cenotes are polluted 😳 Scientifically proven!. 👉carry on There are better places to invest your money 💰 👍😀
We've been going to Mexico for decades (lived Southern AZ border) we were married there , plan on living there. My husband is Mexican so we joke that it used to be called gringo pricing but yes we must be careful now of "anyone who isnt a Mexican born and bred pricing" 😂 because they can tell my husband is a US Mexican so we still get "gringo priced" Great advice and it's a learning curve , I do want their economy to thrive but not from taking advantage of people. They are some of the most kind beautiful people on earth but the few that look at us as walking ATM's I hate that. We've been blessed here in the States but now we are killing ourselves for the money we make (husband works 2 jobs totalling around a 60 hr minimum work week and I work full time and homeschool our children and the things we have to do to "make it" here in the states are crazy) To me it's about balance and being generous, genuine but not allowing to be taking advantage of. Learn the tipping systems as well and give great tips for great service but within their tipping amounts. Some of them then complain prices go up because of us ...... but we aren't the ones charging the prices, we just have to be mindful of not being way overpriced and it actually helps keep balance for Mexican citizens also so they don't end up getting priced out of their own lands. As far as haggling, I never try to haggle down to get a steal , again I try to learn the fair value and am willing to pay it. The handcrafted items took someone's time, effort and talent so I definitely keep that in mind. Blessings to you 🎉 so happy when I see anyone brave enough to step outside the "norm" to live out their dream ❤ 🇲🇽 🇺🇸
Be careful the new president of Mexico is a communist and has passed a law that says that they have the right to take your property anytime for no reason
Thank you for your honesty. Seems like a nice place.
Playa del Carmen is trash
Cual es el precio?
Man they are def ruining PV.....sad...Those Condos I am sure will be nice....It just sad now that the prices are comparable to Unite states in PV because of the demand...Time to branch out
peso stronger now ouch
