I have a 7500 gallon pond that I need to redo the entire filtration. I have all your products on 25 aquariums. I need to know what pond pump/filter system do you recommend for 7500 gallon

That heater sucks. Lol, every time you unplug it or the power goes out, you have to re-sync the heater with the app and then sync it again a 2nd time😮 to reset the temp if you dont want it on the factory setting of 74 degrees. That's just to name a few...😢

My canister has been leaking from the time I brought it home. I have watched this video and checked and double checked and I am still getting leaks from where the clips are and where the top meets the body.

I’m looking for a submersible pump that does 400g an hour and WILL allow detritus to pass through. What pump do you have?

Have cleaned mine 3-4 times but last time don't know what l did different, but wont cykle...😢

Mine will not heat up properly my water has been at 75 degrees for 2 days worse heater I’ve ever had. Also it’s not contactless you have to touch and remove the heater from the water every time you want to check the readings. Horrible concept

Does it have different speed settings ?

I cannot for the life of me get this canister filter to prime which is insane given the price point. It’s not my first canister filter either and in comparison to other canisters this thing seems impossible to get running. I feel scammed, I’ve been trying to prime this filter for DAYS.

My canister filter is literally screaming at me. It sounds like an alarm almost and I can't find out why 😂😂 I just bought it and followed the instructional video on setting it up

Hello, I've been using Space Eko+ 200 for a year now. After each maintenance and cleaning, its really hard to make that impeller to work. I see that on the video the impeller shaft has a rubber block at the end, is this supposed to sit there firmly, as in my case it is stuck down there in the outlet hole. Thanks.
