Dairy Free Dessert Idea! These Cinnamon Banana Cupcakes are very easy to make and enjoyable for anyone with dairy allergies. The Strawberry Drizzle is the perfect dairy free icing to pair with the moist banana cake. This recipe can be altered based on how sweet you'd like it, vanilla preference and desire for cinnamon. Who doesn't love a moist cake?
Ingredients needed
Dry mix
1.5 Cups flour
.5 - 1 cup sugar (cocunut sugar or cane sugar)
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tblsp cinnamon
Wet mix
2 room temperature eggs
1/2 cup softened plant based butter (or canola oil)
2-3 over ripe mashed bananas
AS MUCH VANILLA AS YOU WANT
