Single Use Cameras - Developing film from Kodak Fun Saver cameras
I was going through my yet undeveloped color films and came across these single use cameras that were shot at my wedding. Single use cameras were really popular back in the days and later became popular at wedding parties. Here I open up two Kodak Fun Saver single use cameras, get out the Kodak 800 films and develop them with the C-41 process.

How to Develop Color Print Film - The C-41 Process
zhlédnutí 410Před 4 lety
I have been shooting and developing films for more than 10 years now and although I started with black & white, the color negative film (color print or C-41 film) soon followed. I made a couple of videos before about more complex developings such as color slide film or black & white slide film and decided to show a more common process this time. In this video I use the TETENAL COLORTEC C-41 kit...

This slideshow is similar to the ones I posted about Rome, Vienna and Oslo. It is basically a guide through the sights of Berlin based on our week there. Most of the images are digital ones. Previously I posted a street photography video of Berlin with film shots that I found somewhat interesting. This is a nice digital guide through the truly interesting German capital with the Moonlight Sonat...
The Eagle's Nest, Germany

The eagle's nest was the residence of German dictator Hitler during world war 2. It is located in Southern Bavaria, very close to Salzburg, Austria. Although it might remind one of dark times, terrible events and evil people, the location is still beautiful. Glad to live in peace. The building itself is really nothing special, it works as a restaurant today. Here are a few pictures. Enjoy. [1 C...

Lake Constance or Bodensee is in Southwest Germany, binding it with Switzerland and Austria. We visited the city of Konstanz and the city of Lindau in two different years but ended up making one slideshow from them. All the images from Lindau were taken on color slide film and developed in home processing. [1 Chronicles 17,16] Thanks be to God!

Rome Street Photography on Fomapan R 100 b&w slide film
zhlédnutí 8KPřed 9 lety
So we were in Rome in late 2013. It was sunny almost all the time so having no need for Tri-X, I was shooting mainly black-and-white slide film. Fomapan R 100 film was used that we purchesed just a few weeks earlier. All the rolls were home developed, dried, cut, scanned and, of course, framed one by one. (We like to work with our rolls : ) ) I also picked up an old analogue projector and - for...

I visited Rome with friends in late 2013. I am sure it is not surprising at all that we found the city breathtaking and earlier I posted a slideshow on the most liked sights that we visited. These are pictures from the Catacomb of Priscilla, indoor pictures of certain churches and night time picture...

I visited Rome with friends in late 2013. I am sure it is not surprising at all that we found the city breathtaking. There are a lot of things to see and in general it is not just a breautiful city but also a very colorful one. Supposed to be the most favored tourist destination in Europe and there is a reason for that. We were there off-season (that's just how it turned out) and we still found...

So in 2014 I made it to Norway to meet up with a friend and look around in this really interesting country. Hi Norbert, many thanks! A few years ago I purchased some rolls of this film and the chemicals. I'll try it myself! Looking forward to it! Best wishes from Germany, Ralf
Третий раствор может хранится и работать год . Не нужно выбрасывать . А вот отбеливающий раствор одноразовый как и проявитель !
Beautiful job. Thanks for sharing. Cheers mate. 😀
Do you think I can recreate sepia hue in current Polaroid film using temperature?
Thanks
Kodak Tmax 100 says it's suitable for this process if exposed at ISO 50, normal speed is ISO 100. Tmax 100 (and 400 when I needed faster film) were my go to films for negatives. Loved making big prints from Tmax 100. Standard Kodak and Fuji of various speeds for C41. Fujichrome 100 was my favorite E6 film. Exposures look pretty good for not having a light meter.
How do you make the images show can you show me examples or that ingredients that I need to make it show the images please
Question for you - you're working with 330ml developer (etc) but those AP tanks use 390ml per film. Where have I gone wrong because it obviously works 330ml.....
I have one God bless you 🙏
Thank you so much, this is the video ive been looking for!
How do you upload the photos in your phone?
Can this process be used for developing black and white double 8 film?
hey Norbert ! thanks a lot for sharing! just anted to ask, are you shaking the solution a , b or c after pouring it in the tank ? (10 seconds every minutes or every 30 seconds ....?) thanks again
I'm doing a ton of research now since the introduction of the new to me Adox Scala 50 and the Adox B&W slide development kit. I can get the film BUT the kit won't be available to me until sometime in September 2021. This video is very similar to the Adox kit (more chemicals) but similar process. Adox said to use an incandescent bulb of 100/150 watts for 2 minutes per side. Most (very few) videos I've seen the film left on the reel submerged in a clear container of water for two minutes held to the light then the reel is flipped over and exposed for the remaining two minutes. Adox kit says 8 rolls only, how many rolls of 35mm do you get from the R100 kit? One reason I ask is that the R100 kit cost $80.99 CDN as of July 2021. I particularly loved your winter scenics excellent captures and a real incentive for me to get going on B&W slide processing at home. Thanks so much for your video excellent and to the point with beautiful sample photos
Hi, I stupidly opened the part where the film canister is, just like you do at 6:28, before shooting any picture. Is my film ruined now?
was any film exposed to light?
The part I needed was the opening of the cannister
Hello. Excellent video and pictures.I have been watching this for years. Please do keep this video or upload it again. It's great! Great sound. Great images. Happy subscriber. Thanks.
Foma has got hundred years of history behind them. I have been using their BW films since about 1991. cure this is made in the Czech Republic.o) the only other BW slide film worth mentioning is adox, which I do not think is as good as foma 100 R. This however is not a film for indoor use. It does require a considerable skill to shoot indoors as most slide films require some precision in exposure and this ISO may not appropriate. The interesting thing here is that N is following the foma process very casually. Tap water for rinsing? the second controlled exposure looked like 'shooting from the waist' without a time, power and distance check, not even sure what the source of the light was. Either this film is quite forgiving or this video was heavily edited to make it look like a piece of cake, which it is not. similarI would guess southern Slovakia or Hungary? Well done with this anyway.
I was hoping for some details and fine tuning; there is no water temperature control, no time control and distance from source when second exposure is on, I’m surprised he managed to develop anything at all.....
No gloves?
Hi, where can one buy the Color developer 38c?
So if I open one I don't need to remove in a dark bag
You do not need to open the camera in a dark bag. The film comes in a canister so it is protected. It is enough to open the film canister in dark.
Thank you for information! Did you reuse component A after first develop?
what is your camera ?
Did you need to re-spool the film before taking it out? Or is that an automatic mechanism occurring after the 39th exposure?
As far as I remember it is automatic, no manual rewind.
Very informative, thank you, I'm going to order this film and developing kit.
Nice. I like this type of montage. I am learning how to do that zoom technique with still photos in the montages.
use gloves man
Great video - am planning on trying this kit out just for fun. Did you try the method specified in the instructions? Keep the film on the spool in the water and rotate with the spool for the re-exposure portion? The instructions say on the spool for 30 sec. per side. Was it experience that made you take the film off the spool and re-expose for 1 min. per side?
Thanks. It will work that way as well. I take it off the wheel to make sure all the film is re-exposed but do not worry, the re-exposure part is not as tricky as it may sound. I do recommend to give the film and the kit a try.
Good video but your editing could use some work, a lot of your words are getting cut off.
You are absolutely right. Thank you!

Hi there, thanks so much for the tutorial there’s no labs in my region the do d67 :( just also wondering how long is the film supposed to be reexposed to light, and does it have to be a specific type of light, cause the light in my bathroom is really bright compare to yours!
I don't think you have to worry about reexposure. I do it for about 2 minutes when the light hits the film everywhere. I really do not think you can overdo it because the point is that the light sensitive part of the film must be exposed to light. I use a regular light bulb of about 60W as you see in the video but do not worry if your bathroom is brighter, it will be just fine. You do not need a specific type of light, any light will work that the film can react with (so probably all visible light).
I've been keeping this Fomapan R100 films for a year and don't want to take any risk because all developing labs in my country (Indonesia) doesn't develop b/w reversal film. Now I know and I guess I should buy the chemical and develop it by myself. I'm glad I found this video, God bless you!
I have always enjoyed black and white photography. I really want to try this process.

According to the label of the bleach solution of part B1 , what is the chemical?
Thanks for your comment. The label of B1 part only says it "Contains Sulfur Acid".
Excellent! I am going to try some of this film.
Sehr schöne Streetfotos!
Thank you so much for this video! Do you agitate like you do with D76? Thanks again!
Zseniális videó. Holnap fogok R-t hívni a gyári hívóval. A másodlagos megvilágítástól rettegek.
@@norbert982 Köszönöm szépen a gyors segítséget! 😊
Nekem olyan kérdésem lenne hogy mibe fogod be fűzni a D8 filmet ?Vagy hogy oldod meg mert engem is érdekelne !
Hi, how do you managed to reinsert the film on the reel? Did it damage the film?
It was not damaged at all, it goes back easily.
god's home.Hitlers olymphos..
Thanks for the great video! Gonna have to try it myself now
Great job boss. Beautiful colors. I'm developing bw and c41 I want to try this next
Wow it got me goosebumps literally! Fantastic photos! What film did you use?
