Just one thing, becareful about the part at combo 450. The intuition is that the right hand takes the arc from under the left hand, which would result in a red arc. You would want to make it so that it is blatantly obvious for the right hand to go above the left hand so red arcs won't happen like how it might in this version.

Your chart is much harder than the official. Patterns here are quite complex, messy, unfair and much more torturous than the official one. I agree this is 11.7, while the official is an 11.3-11.4.

Official is at least more balanced, most patterns in official are hard 10 patterns but extremely fast. This chart seems another level. Confusing stream patterns in the middle, unexpected difficulty choke points in this chart make the chart too insane.
