No mention of how price per sq foot is still at historically high levels. There's a reason why your data goes back only to post covid and that is because you don't want to scare buyers away. How about showing the past decade or better yet the past 20 years to give everyone a better viewpoint. Instead, you make it seem like >$1K/sq foot is the norm. Just be honest.
Of course prices and price per square foot is at all time high, that is no secret. Looking at info from 5 or 10 years ago is irrelevant because it has no effect on today’s market. Buyers are not scared away from the Park City market, regardless of what I say 🙂

Park City prices have come back strong! There are still great homes and great deals to be found in Park City though, you just have to be a bit savvy and make sure you're looking in the right places. Hi it is easy to access downtown Park City without car ? Is Uber always available in park city? Thanks ! Planning to visit PC on October just a diy trip.
Yes it’s fairly easy to get around. You can Uber just about anywhere. I would try to stay closer to town to make that easier, but there are many options to get around
