It is not confirmed of course, but judging by the secret of getting all golden maidens Elise probably becomes one of them in all endings where she passes away and her body isnt taken by Walpurga, exepct the cannon one thanks to the pocket mirror protecting her from Ozzy. Thats my speculation at least

honestly, I don´t that that´s Lebkuchen in the ending, I think that Ozzy fucking with Elise in the form of Lebkuchen, like taking the form of the person Elise loves the most in her final moments only to crush her in the very end

I think it's because Rozenmarine seems quite creepy and too cult-y for most people. And tbh to me she also had more of a little sister vibe rather than the vibe of an actual romantic interest. I felt like Elise had more romantic chemistry with Freya and Lebkuchen. But that's the beauty of this game that everyone can choose their favorite :)

Honestly, Rozenmarine and Elise relatoship look more like sisters to me, Elise is pratically babysitting her all the time, plus, i think the fact Elise literal meet her only in a week and then already considered her the love of her life is a bit "meh", they act more like big sis and little sis to me

Also, I dont really bother if ppl dont like Elise and Rozenmarine together but theyre the canon couple out of the three and its.. kinda weird that youd describe them as sisters, fyi

Was a bad way to express myself maybe but i still think they interactions not sounded that romantic at least for ME, i just think the fact that Elise is taking care of Rozenmarine all the time like she is some child take the romantic aspect off, they basically act more like friends for me than romantic partners, i can't really see the appeal or the chemistry on them I know its a story with demons and all but if i'm honest? I think the "they only meet in a week and already lovers" fell really strange.

yeah, the wax records in both pm 2016 and 2023 both detail roze specifically, as do the recent wiki updates!! roze's is the only one canon to the storyline!!!!

​@@gregtheworld561 It's not bad, only tragic/bittersweet, because the real end of the story is in the dawn ending of pocket mirror, which was the true ending, and thus a happy ending

From the looks of it, Rozenmarien's mother was burned at the stake; be tried as a witch due to her following Walpurga or did odd practices. *Spoiler!* Rozenmarien is actually Elise's womb sister; both being born from Walpurga and her woods. So her 'mother' was likely caught somehow after Rozenmarien was born.

​@@malice6627 Yeah, nice job compiling each girl's romantic route into separate video clips! It's a real oversight on part of the devs that they failed to include a 'gallery' feature where you can rewatch stuff like the animated cutscenes.

​@@malice6627 By the way, which ending did you get in your initial playthrough? Most streamers seem to end up with No. 10 (always forgetting that bread!) or No. 2/No. 6 (all those Elise/Freya shippers!!)

@@DanielH.-sg8oo Oh yeah, kinda weird didnt added a gallery since even pocket mirror had one. Honestly I got ending 8, I didnt even try doing dates correctly and was really splitted between Leb and Roze so I lacked the good company, after that was all Leb routes because honestly was my fav I feel like there was more chemestry between her and Elise. Also didnt know you could skip the bread after multiples runs, I always talk to the NPCs so it wasnt a problem for me at least

@malice6627 It was a bit frustrating that the game tried to give the player as little info as possible regarding objectives and such. Though I guess part of that is due to the need to avoid spoilers - I mean, they couldn't explain from the beginning that the whole point of the dating system was to gain a blood sacrifice!

Her approach to romance is more subtle and low-key compared to Freya, because she can afford to be - guess that's the perks of already being a bosom friend!! She knows that Elise knows that she is already halfway in love with her. Freya takes a more 'offensive' approach because she has to make up for damage already done from her mistreatment of Elise - that's why she ends up cuddling with Elise far more often than the other two girls😂😂

@sweatpants5065 Yeah, Freya's quite charming as well. No surprise that the fandom seems to be split into Leb shippers and Freya shippers. It's a bit of a shame that Freya lacks plot relevance - she doesn't even appear in the canon ending.

I mean, it's really funny to see Freya, who's the more feminine of the two, lugging around (or offering to do so) Elise like a sack of potatoes

Someone did point it out is that when they’re dying, the girls crying out is who the important to them. Rozenmarine is crying out for the grandmother, Freya is crying out for her father, and Leb is crying out for Elise, and here I thought it would be her granny. I think out of all town, Elise seems very important her, like she trust her the most out of villagers.

@unlucky-me1791 Yeah, probably because Granny Gretel isn't her actual grandmother - it's mentioned that Leb was a church foundling initially taken in by Father Hans. Leb's bad ending is really painful because her whole character arc underscores just how powerful her bond with Elise is - most of her dates involve the two girls reminiscing all the good times they had growing up together. Elise's internal monologue is also notably less selfish whenever Leb is involved because she thinks of Leb as family, not a mere friend. Elise's reaction in the epilogue says it all. She's bitterly regretful over losing Rozenmarine and tearfully apologizes to Freya for selling her out, but with Lebkuchen she actually gives up her life of luxury to become a nun and thinks herself unworthy of salvation - in fact, she doesn't mind dying if it means that she can be reunited with Leb.

Rozenmarine actually kisses Elise before they went out in the woods if you talk with her, just a cool fact

I appreciate the feedback, however I must say this video is just to showcase all the routes and stuff (planning on updating with the other characters). But, you mentioned "my thoughts" about the game, and honestly I am already working on that because I love to reviews this sort of games. Sadly that kind of thing I make in my other channel and in spanish, since my english is still pretty bad. Anyways, thanks to you for taking your time commenting, and you bet I am still playing, I still need to finish one more route haha

You did a really good job voicing her, not only you nailed Freya personality but also convey the emotions very fittingly. I am still finishing all the endings but so far Freya bad ending was the most heartbreaking of all, and one of the reasons was thanks to your work
