First graduates of the EgSC Cardiac Academy Cardiology T2T Mentorship Program.
This project is a complete Educational arena. It has 3 phases : Theoretical, workshops & simulations, followed by hospital attachments. The 1st phase has already been given with great success. The course not only concentrates on scientific information and skills but also on character building , critical thinking enhancement & teamwork functionality. Through this course the 1st ever book was published by the EgSC ,written & peer reviewed by 42 qualified professors & consultants
Description:
Phase 1 of The EgSC Cardiac Academy Mentorship Program is a 6 months T2T course that covers the ESC Cardiology Core Curriculum complimented by the ESC, AHA & Egyptian guidelines through a hybrid e-learning flipped classroom environment. By the end of the course, Cardiologists will rate at the Educator level on the RIME evaluation scheme.
Number of Hours: 84 in-class hours / 147 E-learning & pre & post-class preparation & self-study
Learning Methods used revolve around the flipped classroom technique : Collaborative Case Based Learning, Role playing, SNAPPS, Think-Pair-Share, ARS & illness scripts this is practiced in the form of teams, highlighting their roles as team members and team leaders. Each is responsible for publication and registry upload. The next batch will also participate in a clinical trial.

عيل بضااااان وعمال يتفلحص في الكلام بالداتا الأوروبية وعاوز يطبقها عالمرضى المصريين .. اغلب دكاترة الكارديو بيسخروا الداتا والتدخلات العلاجية لمصلحة جيوبهم مش اكتر مرضى بالفلوس بشكل مقزز.

Full term 4 day old neonate presented with SVT during induction. Adenosine ineffective. Echo normal. Hemodynamic stable. Esmolol ineffective. Procanimide added with resolution to NSR for 12 hours. Breakthrough SVT with both meds. EKG during arrythhmia shows NON reentrant atrial tachycardia. Procanimide discontinued and amiodarone started. What is next intervention??

كلام رائع و أستاذ رائع. و لكن عدم ذكر ا.د حسام موافى و دوره فى ولادة تخصص و قسم طب الحالات الحرجة من رحم قسم الباطنة و القلب أعتقد انه غير عادل لانه كان له دور ايضا فى بلورة قسم طب الحالات الحرجة من عدة وحدات رعاية مركزة كان تخضع لاطباء الباطنة و القلب غالبا الى قسم مستقل يشمل كل المرضى من اى تخصص و لكن يمر بأزمة صحية حادة و حرجة.
