This cheered me up. An absolutely wonderful rendition of this Charpentier Prelude from these young brass players and such assured playing and intonation as well as secure articulation. It reminded me of an old Maurice André recording from Nôtre-Dame, Paris. I hope they have an enjoyable life of playing ahead of them; they're so talented. The regal sound of Trumpets, Timpani and Organ is hard to beat! Bravo!

I’m 74 years old and listen to all kinds of music every day for hours on end. Never have I heard in all those years a more beautiful, soul touching piece of music. Congratulations and an "A plus" to the performers, but an "F - minus"" to the conductor. Far too slow a tempo - it's too "treacally" and becomes tedious to listen to it. I'm off the listen to other performances
