My company started to consult for it but I noticed that they are over-engineering it to a point that it discourages those new to it. It is a setup split between engineering and business spaces that work and operate in different ways. These tips are very useful to me since I am supporting the development and implementation across the company.

You are talking about how sometimes the technology itself can be overwhelming. It’s such a challenging balance for me. Can’t live with it, can’t live without it situation. There are many days where I feel like my job is ClickUp and forget about the actual product I’m providing.

Neurodivergent maximus running a business and managing a slew of overdue tasks in clickup. The chaos and overwhelm is palpable at times. I'm looking forward to diving into some more of your knowledge. A quick search shows me you have some info on calm working and time blocking. Did you ever create the "building calm" workshop you were mentioning in this video?

for the stages like youtube, blog, social media (4:10) This is where you reformat the youtube to a blog, then shortform, then a newsletter and Im assuming you automated it where when you move it from youtube to blog, it automatically moves to the blog list? My question is (if this assumption is true) when you move it to the blog, will it carry the information your stored in there and what additional fields are you adding? will it remove fields if those fields are not in the blog list? would it break? Love this so much thank you!

when a doc is automatically generated. is there a way for me to control where it gets stored in the docs section. I don't want to keep creating random docs and have them float everywhere on the docs page

Hey. I saw another vid and was a year dated… so I instinctively went to the most recent… your mic is distracting… vocal levels are excellent but the mic location detracts from your message. Objectively speaking it appears you want to eat the foam. My two cents… take as you will. I think of it this way…. Feedback is knowledge I did not have prior. I use quickbooks , we have software dev biz projects getting large and multiple projects, would like to bill based on project progress, also have a nice system to graphically present to investors and customers. using a Gannt chart system to bill with quickbooks? possible ? thanks visualizing some type of flexible gannt chart with budget actual projected, from there invoices and other data can be created via other applications like quickbooks....

Its a good explanation to ClickUp Ai from what I found so far. I started using ClickUp recently and found it useful but its very complicated. Also I hv been trying to learn by watching YT videos (specially from Layla) but they speak so fast and found it a bit overwhelming. This one is more slow paced so thats a good thing. Keep it going as its interesting. More on Ai would be great. You are lucky you paid $5 since its $7 now. However I might sign up before they jack up the prices again. I wonder what Ai platforms or models (eg. GPT 3.5/4, Google) they are using as I couldnt find this mentioned anywhere. If you know this please let us know.

What is different between your Clickup course and Layla's? Would it be beneficial to own both or redundant?

How do you like it compared to MS Project? I use Todoist now in my company of 5 people. We have about 15 projects running at a time and it is getting to be too much to use Todoist. No dependencies, no milestones... I would love your opinion.

Very interesting. Do you have an automation that allows you to change statuses automatically for example from To-Do to In Progress or do you change the status automatically yourself. This as well applies for your custom fields, do you manually change them in the different stages of the task or is there a setting to automatically change it. Thank you

Hi Andrew, I am just finding you as i search up ClickUP. I have had Clcikup in my arsenal for a little over a year, and I have turned 3.0 on. Like you from your "I made a Big Mistake" video, got frustrated with it, made it too complex, etc. and I am at a spot where a) i need help b) determine if I am going to keep it (my subscription renews Dec 1 2023). SO I am going through the motions of trying to utilize daily or blow it up. Suggestions? Do you have help sessions or courses?

when looking at the tech stack list. One thing i was not seeing was anyway to Total up the Sum, since they are different amounts over different time periods Monthly / Yearly etc. Do you have any type of formula or work around with the new changes they did with enhancements to formulas?

Great video, you've got a very soothing narration, expressed really great points, shared good references, and I have to give tons of respect to older folks not scared to venture into the digital landscape. Most people your age are not this tech savvy and wont touch this area of personal development and growth with a 9 foot pole.
