Hi Fenella, I’ve just came across your videos, is that an Invisalign I see? I’m 3 weeks into Invisalign and train around 18-20 hours per week, curious to how you fuel? Are you on mostly liquids and cleaning your mouth on the go with plain water?

For some, the audio starting from 6:32 is inaudible until end of interview. The rest of the video's audio is fine. My guess is the interview was recorded in mono instead of stereo. There is a technical issue primarily for those viewers who use Windows Desktop. You do not have this problem with the phone app. This also seems like a new issue and may be related to the upload format chosen or render of video mismatches Mono with Stereo layers. According to CZcams, this problem is mostly associated with audio recorded as MP3 or any audio recorded at a low bit rate (such as Mono).

No audio (well, technically it has a extremely low .1 db level audio) ... except in the 10 sec. introduction trailer and andy B clips like at 3:45 and 6:32. Apparently, this is caused when audio goes from stereo to mono. It appears CZcams compression causes problems with audio shifts from stereo to mono for some. But, that is just a guess. To avoid this, I was told you need to upload as stereo - only.

Interesting! That bladder looks awful, but speed is speed! Are these long tail helmets faster? I thought latest testing tends to shun them? If you're not sponsored by SRAM, I think it's established that smaller front ring + 10T cog + flat top chain cost several watts vs classic options. Mechanically it makes no sense, for sure. Dylan Johnson interviewed someone on CZcams in this regard.
