So you will want your customers to gather all their fingers together and measure the widest part of their palm where the wristlet slides over. Generally, a 7.5"-8" wristlet will fit most people. Unlike a bracelet, you will want the wristlet sitting slightly loose as well so it's easy to take on/off :)

Wire would not be as flexible/malleable as nylon cording, so I don't think it would work with wire :(

It will work with any string that you want to get a tight knot on.. as long as the string thickness fits within the slots on the grippers (ideally that would be no thicker than 2.5mm). :)

You just do a regular knot at the end of the keyring :)

In pricing your items, I would encourage you to take into consideration the cost price of the supplies and the time it took for you to make the item. Also doing some market research in your area would go a long way to make sure you are not overpricing/underpricing. :) Hope this helps!
